Optimization Strategy Of Medical Insurance System For Serious Diseases In N City

Since the implementation of the medical insurance system for serious diseases in China,it has played an important role in the medical security system for residents.However,with the aggravation of the aging population and the increasing medical burden of individual families,the role of the medical insurance system for serious diseases has significantly weakened,and this policy needs to be strengthened and improved urgently.This paper analyzes and studies the serious disease medical insurance system in N city,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.Firstly,with the convenience of working in the insurance industry and through work accumulation and practical interviews,the author summarized the basic situation and existing problems of the serious disease medical insurance system in N city.Secondly,set up to evaluate the likert scale to the N illness medical insurance system of the city survey,the city of N problems influencing factors of medical treatment of a serious illness insurance system survey such as the basis of the two questionnaires,in order to carry out the reliability analysis,validity analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the research analyzed the impact of policy,regulation and propaganda effect lead to the influence factors of medical treatment of a serious illness insurance problem in the city of N;Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis and interview research,draw lessons from Singapore,Germany,the United States and other advanced experience of foreign system of medical treatment of a serious illness insurance,funds as a whole,including reasonable programming scheme,simplify the related formalities of ginseng,simplify the formalities of relevant expenses,differentiation,strengthening government regulation,pay insurance cost reasonable introduction of the third party supervision,information disclosure,establishing Internet system,such as advice,hope to help promote N,perfection and development of a serious illness medical insurance system,and the other parts of China the development of medical insurance system and optimization of a serious illness have a certain reference significance.
