China's residents living style,living environment,food safety and other factors on the health effects are gradually emerging.Chronic non-communicable diseases have gradually become a major factor threatening the health of China's residents.As a result,the burden of chronic diseases of the masses is growing.Strengthening the research on the demand and medical burden of medical service for chronic patients is an important means to promote national health and alleviate the burden of disease.In this paper,the Logistic model was established by using the section data of "China Health and Aged Surveys" in 2013,and the effects of different insurance on the choice of medical treatment for chronic diseases,the total expenditure of medical and health care and personal health expenditure were analyzed.The results show that different types of medical insurance have no significant effect on the choice of patients with chronic diseases.The types of medical insurance have a significant impact on the choice of patients with chronic diseases.The patients with urban residents' basic medical insurance,urban employee basic medical insurance,reimbursement in socialized medicine,urban residents' basic health insurance,commercial and other insurance are more likely to choose hospitals.However,the patients with new rural cooperative medical insurance are more inclined to grassroots health institutions.Medical insurance has an impact on the health burden of chronic diseases.The total expenditure on health and hygiene of urban residents' basic medical insurance,urban employee basic medical insurance,reimbursement in socialized medicine,urban residents' basic health insurance,commercial and other insurance are higher than those of New Rural Cooperative Medical system.The proportion of urban residents' basic medical insurance is higher than that of the new rural cooperative medicalinsurance,urban employee basic medical insurance,reimbursement in socialized medicine,urban residents' basic health insurance,the commercial and other insurances are lower than the new rural cooperative medical insurance.Increasing the government health care investment,and increase the level of financing of residents health insurance fund.At the same time,to promote the development of commercial medical insurance,coordination of commercial medical insurance and social health insurance two operating system.In order to improve the level of health care for patients with chronic diseases,to promote more timely treatment for patients,to ensure the quality of health,while effectively reducing the economic risk of the disease.
