Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Health Supervision And Management In Zhungeer Banner

Health supervision and management is an important part of China’s health management.After decades of reform,exploration and practice,the construction of health supervision and management system is also gradually improving.The rapid development of health supervision and management has become an indispensable part of safeguarding the people’s life safety and health rights.However,in the process of continuous development of health supervision,with the continuous change and adjustment of functions,the implementation of national measures to streamline administration and delegate power,as well as some difficulties in health supervision and management,have not been solved and publicity and education,information disclosure and other matters have been neglected in the process of development of health supervision and management,making the public have a lot of confusion and misunderstanding about health supervision and management,seriously affecting the development of health supervision and management.These problems and their causes are common in many grassroots health supervision and management work.Based on the research on the problems existing in the health supervision and management work in Zhungeer Banner and the countermeasures,based on the front line of health supervision work,and in view of the fact that the current health system reform has entered a deep-water period and the problems and contradictions are constantly highlighted,this paper systematically analyzes and studies the problems and reasons existing in the health supervision and management work in Zhungeer Banner,and puts forward opinions and suggestions on five major aspects and fifteen specific improvements to the existing problems and causes.To provide a reference basis for improving and upgrading the health supervision and management work in Zhungeer Banner,to provide positive examples for the grass-roots health supervision and management work,and to provide a basis for the state to formulate health supervision policies in line with the practice of grass-roots work during the period of health system reform.
