Evaluation Of Occupational Health Management In Pharmaceutical Industry

In recent years,the occupational health of Chinese workers has been paid more and more attention.And the occupational health management construction in China has also achieved some results.However,there are differences in occupational health management among different industries.Currently,there is a lack of relevant researches about occupational health in pharmaceutical industry.The occupational hazard factors in pharmaceutical industry are complex.In particular,the drug dust not only has the harm of general dust,but also has influences on workers due to the toxicity of the drug.The general evaluation method cannot make a comprehensive evaluation on the level of occupational health management in the pharmaceutical industry.Therefore,a suitable evaluation method can help find out the deficiencies in the current management,and propose improvement measures of the enterprise.It is of great significance for improving the level of occupational health management in the pharmaceutical industry.Firstly,this paper expounds and analyzes the research status of occupational health management at home and abroad.Then taking N pharmaceutical.company as an example,look into the occupational health management current situation of the enterprise through on-site investigation and questionnaire.The investigation is from below six apart:the occupational hazard factors,occupational health management organization and system,occupational disease protective measures,the occupational health monitoring,occupational accident emergency plan,occupational health education and training.Then,according to the results of the survey,summarize a set of reasonable evaluation indexes(6 major and 16 minor evaluation indexes).Then use analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate N pharmaceutical company.The weight of various indicators in the occupational health management of the company was ranked,and the management level of the company was concluded to be " good".Finally,according to the evaluation results,this paper puts forward suggestions and improvement measures for the occupational health management of N pharmaceutical company from seven aspects such as accurate drug dust detection and strengthening noise prevention and control.The processes of different enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry are relatively similar,so the research results of this paper have certain reference value for the occupational health management of the whole industry.
