Study On The Medication Rule Of Professor Shan Zhaowei In Treating Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome Based On Data Mining

Objective:Using data mining technology to sort out some case data of Professor Shan Zhaowei’s treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,analyze the prescription medication rule of Professor Shan Zhaowei’s treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,and summarize Professor Shan Zhaowei’s academic experience in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Materials and Methods:The case data collected in the study came from the outpatient department of Shan Zhaowei,the chief physician of the famous medical hall of the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine).The scope of case collection was from November 2016 to November 2020.It is planned to complete the data collection of 200-300 cases.The collected cases should include basic information of patients,information of four diagnoses,syndrome differentiation and prescription medication,etc.Using Microsoft Excel 2016 to establish a case database,standardize the collected data,and use frequency analysis to get the clinical common TCM syndrome differentiation types,commonly used drugs and their corresponding four qi and five flavors,meridian tropism and efficacy.Using Spss Statistics26.0 software to cluster analysis,the commonly used drug pairs and drug combinations were obtained.According to the analysis results,the association rule chart was made to analyze the medication rule of Professor Shan Zhaowei in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.The results are discussed and summarized.Results:255 cases were included in the statistics,and the results were as follows:1.Basic information analysis:255 cases were included in the statistics,including 142 female patients and 113 male patients,the ratio of male to female was about 1:1.26.2.Analysis of symptoms and tongue pulse:There are 49 kinds of symptoms involved in the case,among which the most frequent symptoms are loose stool and abdominal pain,the most frequent tongue picture is light red tongue and thin white fur,and the most frequent pulse picture is thin pulse.3.Distribution of syndrome types:The most frequent TCM syndrome differentiation of cases included in the statistics is the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,followed by the syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness excess.4.Statistical analysis of drugs:There are 87 kinds of drugs involved in the cases included in the statistics,and the total frequency of occurrence is 4005 times.The most common Chinese medicine is Atractylodes macrocephala,followed by Coicis Semen,Agrimony,and Pseudostellaria heterophylla;The spleen meridian with the most frequency of drug return appears 3000 times,followed by lung meridian,stomach meridian,liver meridian and kidney meridian.The most frequent occurrence of medicinal properties is warm,followed by flat;Sweet taste is the most common among the five flavors,followed by bitter taste and pungent taste.The most frequent types of drugs are tonics,followed by qi-regulating drugs,diuresis and dampness-eliminating drugs and exterior-relieving drugs.5.Drug cluster analysis:According to the analysis results of association rules and the guidance of instructors,10 pairs of commonly used drugs and 5 groups of commonly used drug combinations were obtained.Conclusion:Professor Shan Zhaowei’s treatment of IBS-D is as follows:1.Strengthening the spleen and eliminating dampness,and supplementing the movement;2.Soothing the liver and regulating qi,suppressing wood and supporting soil;3.Warming kidney-yang and relieving diarrhea;4.Clearing spleen yang,dispelling wind and eliminating dampness.2.Professor Shan Zhaowei’s core drugs are Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz,Coicis Semen,Agrimonia pilosa,Radix Pseudostellariae,Pinellia ternata,Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae,Radix Saposhnikoviae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis,Scutellariae Radix and Poria.The four main qi of the drug are mild and mild,the five main flavors are sweet,bitter and pungent,and the main meridians are spleen meridian,liver meridian,stomach meridian,lung meridian and kidney meridian.Commonly used drugs are:tonics,qi-regulating drugs,diuresis and dampness-eliminating drugs,and exterior-relieving drugs.3.Common drug pairs:Pseudostellaria heterophylla,Atractylodes macrocephala,Agrimonia pilosa,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,cuttlebone,Fritillaria thunbergii,Lily,Poria,etc.
