Study On The Configuration And Optimization Of Medical And Health Facilities In Anji Economic Development Zone Under The Beautiful Rural Background

Under the background of beautiful rural construction,China,especially developed areas such as Zhejiang,has entered a new stage of urban and rural construction.The equalization of public service facilities is the only way to build beautiful villages,and it is also an important means to solve the urban-rural gap and the uneven development of urban and rural areas.As a typical public service facility,medical and health facilities are representative of the configuration and optimization of medical and health facilities.Anji Economie Development Zone is the main location for the construction of beautiful villages in Anji County.Studying the configuration and optimization of medical and health facilities can explore the optimal allocation of public service facilities in beautiful rural construction.This paper takes the medical and health facilities in Anji Economic Development Zone as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation and policy support of the equalization of urban and rural public service facilities in the current stage,and puts forward the main problems and difficulties faced by the public service facilities in the current beautiful rural construction.The related concepts in the thesis were identified,and the related theoretical and practical research on public service facilities and medical and health facilities at home and abroad were expounded.The reference and enlightenment of this paper were studied.Secondly,the natural,economic and transportation of Anji County were summarized through material research and field research.The basic situation of beautiful rural construction is divided into three major blocks according to the distribution of residential areas in Anji Economic Development Zone,and the current status of public service facilities such as medical care,education and culture in Anji Economic Development Zone is investigated.Thirdly,the status quo of medical and health facilities in Anji Economic Development Zone is analyzed.The evaluation indicators and corresponding weights of medical and health facilities are determined by Delphi method and AHP analysis method.The evaluation indicators are:supply level satisfaction(Al)and service level satisfaction(A2),convenience satisfaction(A3),number of thousand beds(A4),thousand people's skills(A5),spatial distribution model(A6),spatial accessibility(A7),established an evaluation system for medical and health facilities And evaluation criteria,evaluation of the health care facilities in Anji Economic Development Zone and the main problems,we can find that the overall allocation of health facilities in the economic development zone is low.Finally,according to the evaluation results of different indicators of medical and health facilities and comprehensive evaluation,suggestions are made for the allocation and optimization of medical and health facilities.In the configuration of medical and health service facilities,not only the scientific planning and rational layout of time and space dimensions,but also the government-led Policy support,proposed basic conditions and policy recommendations for optimizing health care facilities.
