Objective: To judge whether the environment of surgical wards has a certain influence on wound infection, compare the similarity and difference of bacteria among surgical wards environment, infected wound and normal skin. Methods: Collected samples, such as the infected wounds of the patients with wound infection, the normal skin of the 5cm or symmetrical parts around them and the microecological skin samples of the air conditioned parts of the ward where the patients lived and analyzed by 16 S sequencing. Results: Through the diversity analysis,it is found that the community composition of the normal skin and the wards are similar, the community composition of the infected wound and the other two groups are quite different, but there is no significant difference in the abundance of the three groups.Through the difference analysis,it is found that the experimental group is reasonable, and the difference between groups is greater than that within groups.By comparing the species composition of phyla and genera,it is found that at the phylum level, the arrangement of dominant bacteria abundance among the three groups is basically similar, only actinomycetes are different.the difference of actinomycetes between infected wound and normal skin(P<0.001)is more significant than that between infected wound and ward environment(P<0.001).At the genus level, the abundance of Staphylococcus and sphingomonas in the infected wound and ward environment is the highest in the dominant bacteria, and the order is the same, while there is a big difference between the normal skin and the other two groups. Conclusion:The composition of bacterial community in normal skin and surgical ward environment is similar, but there are great differences between infected wound and normal skin, surgical ward environment, but these differences only exist in some small or even rare species. For example, the genus Bacteroides and acidosis and so on.The composition of the dominant bacteria in the infected wound is affected by the ward environment to acertain extent, that is,there is a certain relationship between the ward environment and the wound infection.
