Objective:The purpose of the study is explore the clinical features and imaging signs of SPN,screen out the malignant SPN independent risk factors for the development of imaging and clinical, for clinical doctors to determine the next step treatment according to the patients, improve the SPN diagnosis accuracy. Methods:Retrospective analysis was conducted to collect imaging findings consistent with SPN and clear pathological results in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019.According to the benign and malignant pathological results, the patients were divided into two groups. The general clinical data and imaging signs of the patients were collected, and the clinically and radiologically independent risk factors with statistical significance were screened out.Results:1.There were 90 patients with SPN,including 32 patients with benign SPN(13 males and 19 females)and 58 patients with malignant SPN(22 males and 36 females).2.Univariate analysis showed that age diameter, nodule type, cavitation sign, vascular cluster sign, pleural depression sign tumor microvascular imaging were statistical differences(P < 0.05).Gender,family history, smoking history, respiratory system tumor markers, foliation signs, burrs signs, and marginal characteristics were not statistically significant(P value ?0.05).3.Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that age, vascular cluster, diameter, tumor microvascular imaging were statistically significant in malignant SPN.4.When the nodule diameter is 13.5mm as a cutoff value,it has a predictive effect on malignant SPN.Conclusion:The patient's age, diameter, mixed ground glass nodules, vacuolar sign, vascular bundle sign, pleural pit sign are related to the benign and malignant nodules, age, vascular bundle sign, diameter, tumor microvascular imaging are malignant SPN Independent risk factors.
