The rapid development of the medical industry has made breakthroughs, but also created many problems, such as the continuous increase of medical costs, making some families more difficult to live.At present, the aging process of the population is accelerating, and the spectrum of human diseases and causes of death are also changing.Chronic diseases are becoming one of the major causes of death for Chinese residents and causing huge economic losses. The excessive treatment of chronic diseases has become one of the social "stubborn diseases",and measures must be taken to curb it.How to effectively improve the quality of medical services, reduce the medical costs,in order to reduce the economic burden of patients, has become the key to solve the problem. In this thesis, the patient "user portrait" is firstly carried out to construct the patient-centered intelligent disease portrait, establish a comprehensive model, and predict the trend of disease development. The economic cost was estimated by classifying and analyzing the treatment cost and considering the factors affecting the patients' quality of life and the treatment cost. Finally, based on the hospital case data of patients with type 2 diabetes, the empirical analysis and research on the treatment cost model were conducted to assist the comprehensive decision-making of patients in the treatment cycle. In this thesis, through the evaluation of patients' individualized treatment plan and relevant economic analysis of drugs,in the treatment cycle of patients, the factors that have the greatest impact on the treatment cost are effectively controlled,so as to reduce the social and patient losses caused by overtreatment and obtain the maximum health benefits for patients. The results show that: in the treatment cycle of patients, the node of complications and complications will increase the treatment cost of patients and bring poor quality of life and health; In order to control the treatment cost of patients with type 2 diabetes, effective prevention should be carried out against the complication factors that have the greatest influence on the treatment cost,so as to effectively obtain the maximum health benefits. This thesis established a long-term model to predict the cost of chronic diseases, and verified the effectiveness of the long-term model by empirical analysis of case data.
