With the rapid development of information technology,many hospitals now have a relatively complete medical information platform and HIS,LIS,PACS and other business systems.They have a more systematic electronic storage of patients' clinical data,laboratory examination results,medical images and other medical data,and have accumulated rich data resources.However,these data are stored in different business systems of different medical institutions.When doctors write image diagnosis reports,they cannot access the clinical data and laboratory test results of patients stored in HIS and LIS systems,which affects the accuracy of diagnosis.Especially in the context of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,it is difficult for doctors to obtain image data scattered in different medical institutions for comparative diagnosis when writing diagnosis reports.In view of this,this thesis designs and implements an Image Diagnosis Report System Based On Multi-source Data.The main work of this thesis:1.In order to solve the problem of "Information Island" caused by radiologists' inability to obtain the multi-source medical data scattered in primary hospitals when they write the diagnosis report,the image upload software based on C/S architecture is used to obtain the patient image,and the improved data exchange model based on public XML is adopted to migrate the structured clinical data,laboratory examination results and other medical data,it improves the flexibility of the system,the method of "Trigger + Shadow Table" is used to extract change data,which provides a scheme to obtain change data.2.In view of the shortage of high-end imaging equipment and the relative shortage of radiologists in grass-roots hospitals caused by the uneven distribution of medical resources in China,two ways of appointment inspection and appointment diagnosis are designed respectively.By calling the equipment resources in the area,patient image,clinical data,laboratory examination results and other multi-source medical data,personalized image diagnosis for patients' own situation can be realized.It solves the problem of report writing conflict with Redis,and realizes text intelligent perception through keyword partition and text box real-time monitoring.3.The whole system uses Spring Boot for independent development.According to different business logic,the system is divided into user login microservice,appointment microservice,image diagnosis microservice,statistics microservice and data migration microservice."Cookie + Redis" is used to realize user information sharing among various microservices,and the system services are managed through the Spring Cloud framework,Zuul gateway is used as the external access interface,Nginx is used as the static resource server and Zuul gateway is used as the reverse proxy.Each service improves the system concurrency by building a cluster.Image Diagnosis Report System Based On Multi-source Data in this thesis enables diagnostic doctors to write and edit the diagnosis report remotely and conveniently,and can easily access the patient's image,clinical symptom information and laboratory test information,which is of great significance to improve the diagnosis level of grass-roots hospitals.
