ObjectivesThrough the ultrasound examination of the uterus,breast and ovary of 0-3 years old girls with early breast development and the detection of the levels of sex hormones and leptin,the relationship between the sex hormones,leptin and the volume of the uterus,breast and ovaries in 0-3 year old girls with early breast development,Provide a reference for the clinical evaluation of early breast development of infants and girls.MethodCollected 131 cases of 0-3 years old infants and young girls with early breast development and no other sexual development in the endocrine clinic of Dalian Children's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 as the experimental group A to improve the uterus and ovaries And breast ultrasound examination;86 cases of perfect basic sex hormones(follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,prolactin,estradiol,testosterone,progesterone)were selected from the experimental group A as the experimental group B,then press The ages were divided into 3 groups,of which 0-1 years old was a total of 21 cases in experimental B1 group,1-2 years old was a total of 46 cases in experimental B2 group,and 2-3 years old was a total of 19 cases in experimental B3 group.Then 25 cases of perfect basic sex hormones and leptin were selected from the experimental group A as the experimental group C.Collect 39 cases of 0-3 year old infants and girls in the health examination of the outpatient clinic of Dalian Children's Hospital during the same period,including 17 cases of perfect uterine and ovarian ultrasound examination as control group A;22 cases of perfect leptin test as control group B,collect and organize data,SPSS25.0 software was used for analysis.The measurement data satisfying the normal distribution and variance were expressed as mean ± standard deviation,and the comparison between the two groups was by independent sample t test.The unsatisfactory normal distribution is expressed bythe median(quartile),the rank sum test is compared between the two groups,the test level is 0.05,and the correlation between the two variables is analyzed using Pearson correlation.Results1.The difference analysis of uterus,ovarian volume and maximum follicle diameter between experimental group A and control group A.The results showed that the difference of ovarian volume and maximum follicle diameter between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in volume between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The correlation analysis of basic sex hormones in group B1 with uterus,ovary and breast volume.The results showed that FSH and E2 were related to the right ovarian volume,and the correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).LH,P,PRL and T are all related to bilateral breast volume,and the correlation is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Correlation analysis of basic sex hormones in group B2 with uterus,ovary and breast volume.The results showed that FSH and LH were related to the right ovary,and the correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).P was correlated with bilateral ovarian volume,and the correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).PRL is related to the left breast volume,and the correlation is statistically significant(P<0.05).The correlation of E2 and T levels with the volume of uterus,breast and ovary was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The correlation analysis of basic sex hormones in group B3 with uterus,ovary and breast volume.The results showed that both LH and E2 were related to uterine volume and left ovary volume,and the correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05),T was related to left side The ovarian volume is correlated,and the correlation is statistically significant(P<0.05).The correlation between FSH,PRL,P levels and uterine,breast,and ovarian volume is not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.Comparison of the leptin levels between the experimental group C and the control group B.The results showed that there was no statistically significant differencein leptin levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The correlation analysis of leptin level with FSH,LH,PRL,E2,P,T in the experimental group C was not statistically significant(all P>0.05).The correlation between leptin and uterine,breast and ovarian volume was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions1.Ultrasound examination has certain application value in the clinical evaluation of infants and young children with early breast development.2.Early breast development FSH and LH of infant girls play a role in ovarian development,and LH,P,PRL and T may be involved in breast development.3.Leptin in infants and girls with early breast development may not be related to uterus and breast volume,follicular development,and sex hormone levels,except for the small sample size.
