Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Premature Thelarche Of Yin Deficiency And Fire Excess Type By Rulisanjie Powder

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of rulisanjie powder and external application combined with Zhibai Dihuang pill in the treatment of the yin deficiency with fire excess type premature thelarche,and to explore the effect of rulisanjie powder and external application combined with Zhibai Dihuang pill on follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol.Methods: The 2 to 8 years old girls who belonged to the yin deficiency with fire excess type premature thelarche were selected as subjects,which met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria and received informed consent from the guardian.They were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with rulisanjie powder and external application combined with Zhibai Dihuang pill and the control group was given Zhibai Dihuang pill for oral treatment.Take 2 weeks as a course of treatment for a total of 3 courses.The clinical symptoms and signs of children before and after treatment were observed.The changes of symptom scores,follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol hormone were compared before and after treatment.Result:1.After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was90.00%,and the clinical effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,indicating that the effect ofrulisanjie powder and external application combined with Zhibai Dihuang pill was better.2.Comparison of breast: After treatment,both the treatment group and the control group can alleviate breast pain and mass size in children;however,the effect of topical rulisanjie powder and external application combined with Zhibai Dihuang pill is better than that of Zhibai Dihuang pill alone,and the degree of acceptance of externally applied prescriptions is also relatively high for parents and children.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores and hormone levels: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,estradiol and follicle stimulating hormone levels in the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group.Conclusion:1.The effect of external rulisanjie powder combined with Zhibai Dihuang pill on the premature thelarche of yin deficiency with fire excess type is better than that of Zhibai Dihuang pill alone;2.Rulisanjie powder combined with Zhibai Dihuang pill can effectively improve breast pain,breast size and other breast symptoms and TCM symptoms of yin deficiency with fire type premature thelarche.
