ObjectiveTo understand the current situation of anxiety, resilience and marital adjustment of the women who underwent repeated intrauterine insemination;Explore the relationship between anxiety, resilience and marital adjustment in repeated intrauterine insemination woman, analysis the influence factors of repeated intrauterine insemination woman's marital adjustment,to explore and seek to reduce anxiety, ways to improve the marital adjustment status,to formulate intervention measures to improve the repeated intrauterine insemination women anxiety and resilience level, provides the theory basis for improve the quality of their marriage.MethodsIn December 2018 to July 2019,the convenience sampling method is adopted in a specialized subject hospital reproductive health center in Dalian in 222 repeated intrauterine insemination women,on the operation day, after her husband take fine issue general information questionnaire,self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS),resilience scale(CD-RISC),marital adjustment scale(DAS)to cross-sectional survey of women, woman's informed consent prior to survey, recycling effective questionnaire213 copies.SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis, and descriptive analysis was conducted on the adoption rate, composition ratio, mean and standard deviation.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between anxiety, resilience and marital adjustment. The independent sample t test and Univariate analysis were used to compare the anxiety, resilience and marital adjustment status of the women who underwent repeated intrauterine insemination with different general data.Multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of marital adjustment in women undergoing repeated intrauterine insemination.Two-sided statistical test was adopted, and the test criterion was that?=0.05,and P<0.05 meant that the difference was statistically significant.Results1 68.08%of the women who received repeated intrauterine insemination were accompanied by anxiety. The average score of anxiety was(55.46±7.40),which was higher than the domestic survey results of infertility anxiety. The average score of resilience was(58.00±11.10),with the highest score of tenacity(30.81±5.85)and the lowest score of optimism(7.54±2.70).The average score of marriage adjustment was(103.36±12.70),and 116 people had marriage disorder, accounting for 54.46%,among which the highest score was(45.31±6.43)for marriage consistency, and the lowest score was(7.29±1.53)for emotional expression.2 Pearson correlation showed that anxiety was negatively correlated with resilience(r=-0.631,p<0.01),anxiety was negatively correlated with marital adjustment(r=-0.619,p<0.01),and resilience was positively correlated with marital adjustment(r=0.582,p<0.01).3 Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in anxiety among women with different age, residence, education level, occupation, marriage age, family annual income, infertility causes, infertility types, number of abortions, and whether they had biological children after repeated intrauterine insemination(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the resilience of women who had received repeated intrauterine insemination with different age, residence, education, occupation, marriage age, spouse's work status, family annual income, infertility causes, infertility types, number of abortions and whether they had biological children(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the marital adjustment status of women who received repeated intrauterine insemination with different age, residence, educational level, occupation, marriage age, family annual income, infertility causes, infertility types, number of abortions, biological children(P<0.05).4 Variables were assigned to the general data with statistically significant differences in the univariate analysis of marital adjustment of women who had had repeated intrauterine insemination, and they were taken together with anxiety and resilience as independent variables, and marital adjustment as dependent variables for multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that age, marriage age, biological children, anxiety and resilience entered the regression equation(F=13.133,p<0.01,R~2=0.546 after adjustment),which could explain 54%of the degree of variation.Conclusion1 In this study,116 women,54.46%of the women who received repeated intrauterine insemination were in a state of marital disorder, with mild level of anxiety and moderate level of resilience, suggesting that repeated treatment threatened woman's mental health and their marital status was not optimistic.2 There was a pairwise correlation between anxiety, resilience and marital adjustment in women who underwent intrauterine insemination for many times.Anxiety could negatively predict resilience and marital adjustment in women, while resilience could positively predict marital adjustment in women.3 Age,been married for a long time,no biological children, anxiety and resilience influence repeated intrauterine insemination in marital adjustment of women, therefore, the medical staff should focus on more than women, according to their psychological characteristics, formulate the corresponding intervention measures,in order to reduce anxiety enhance the level of resilience, security line repeatedly, fine intrauterine insemination woman's marriage quality.
