Objective: To investigate the influence of elective total gastrectomy without indwelling nasointestinal decompression tube on postoperative patients,in order to provide reference for the development of clinical work.Methods: A total of 98 patients undergoing elective total gastrectomy were randomly split into survey group and contrast group.In the observation group,the decompression tube was not inserted,the control group places the nasointestinal decompression tube.The postoperative complications,nausea and vomiting,nasopharynx discomfort,cough with sputum,lung infection,wound healing and anastomotic leakage were analyzed and compared,night sleep,loss of digestive fluid,Electrolyte Disturbance,postoperative hospital stay,etc.Results: Comparison of preoperative basic data of the two groups: age,gender,BMI,diabetes,hypertension,preoperative anemia and blood transfusion,lesion size,pathological stage,and lesion site,no statistically significant differences(P > 0.05).Comparison of intraoperative conditions between the two groups: there was no statistical distinction in surgical time,surgical bleeding and blood transfusion,and radical cure way in the two groups(P > 0.05).Contrast of surgery complications in the two groups: 4 cases of nausea and vomiting,5 cases of nasopharyngeal discomfort,6 cases of cough and expectoration,3 cases of pulmonary infection in the observation group,22 cases of nausea and vomiting,20 cases of nasopharyngeal discomfort,20 cases of cough and expectoration,10 cases of pulmonary discomfort in the contrast group,there were prominent discrepancy in the two groups(P < 0.05).In the survey group,there were one of incision split and one of anastomotic fistula,while in the contrast group,there were one and one,respectively.The discrepancy in the two groups was not prominent(P > 0.05).With postoperative function improvement intwo groups,survey group for the first time,aeration time(65.22 ± 8.67)for 8 h,night sleep disorders,electrolyte disorder in 5 cases,postoperative bed time(26.33 ±6.44)h,postoperative length of hospital stay(10.18 ± 2.37),the control air for the first time time(78.6 ±9.12)h,night sleep disorders(19 cases),electrolyte disorder in 16 cases,postoperative bed time(36.76 ± 7.58)h,postoperative length of hospital stay(11.45 ± 3.09)days,the two was distinguish(P < 0.05);There was no nasointestinal led traffic in the experimental group,while the nasointestinal drainage volume in the control group was(466 ± 52)ml.Conclusions: After haing electie total gastrectomy nasal bowel decompression tube is beneficial to patients with sleep at night and the recovery of gastrointestinal function,can reduce the aspiration and influence on nose pharynx ministry,and the incidence of respiratory discomfort,ensure patients early ambulation,prevent lung infection,reduce the patients of bed time and postoperative hospital stay,decreased significantly clinical stress reaction,and is beneficial to the recovery of patients with postoperative;Therefore,the nasoenteric decompression tube without indwelling after surgery is safe and feasible,which can be further popularized in clinic.
