Objective Comparative analysis of clinical features of endometrial stromal sarcoma(ESS)in each subtype, and exploring the risk factors affecting the prognosis of ESS,to provide a certain reference for clinica diagnosis and treatment of ESS.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 49 ESS patients admitted to our hospital from October 2010 to July 2019,including patient age, menstrual status, clinical manifestations, preoperative diagnosis, tumor diameter, preoperative neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),clinical stage, surgical methods, lymph node property, marginal property, adjuvant therapy, postoperative pathology, etc. All patients were followed up,and the statistical software SPSS 23.0 was used for data processing. The clinical characteristics of ESS subtypes and their possible impact on prognosis factors were statistically analyzed. Results Clinical characters:the age, menstrual status, preoperative NLR,clinical stage, and marginal property were statistically different among the three subtypes;Univariate analysis:the patient's age, preoperative NLR,clinical staging, histological subtype, lymph node property, and marginal property were related to the poor prognosis of ESS,that is,ESS patienys with age> 45,preoperative NLR>2,late clinical staging, poor histological differentiation, positive lymph node and positive margin had poor prognosis;Multi-factor analysis:poor histological differentiation, preoperative NLR> 2,late clinical stage, and positive margin are independent risk factors leading to poor prognosis of ESS.Conclusion 1.The three subtypes of ESS are different in clinical characters;2.histological subtype, preoperative NLR,clinical stage and marginal property areindependent risk factors for the prognosis of ESS.
