Literature Study On External Treatment Of Mongolian Trauma

Objective:the external treatment of traumatology in Mongolian medicine is an independent external treatment in history,and also a hard therapy of the three traditional therapies in Mongolian medicine.At present,the hard therapy is more and more vague in the concept and even incorrectly regarded as a part of western medicine.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to introduce the history of Mongolian medicine external treatment,and reveal its content,treatment,treatment technique and instruments.Methods:1.Collect and analyze the external treatment of traumatology in Mongolian medicine based on the previous related studies.2.Excavate and reveal the concepts and technical methods of the Mongolian medicine external treatment.Conclusion:This paper reviewed the external treatment of traumatology in Mongolian medicine based on previous traditional Mongolian medicine literatures,and reveals unique cognition and rich experience about Mongolian medicine external treatment.The Mongolian medicine external treatment is an independent discipline with a long history,which is formed before Western medicine spread to Mongolia grassland and includes a variety of external treatment methods.This study systematized theories of this external treatment,and provided the historical reference and clinical basis for further development.Results:1.The basic theory of Mongolian medicine is used to explain the reason,condition,character and treatment principle of the injury department of Mongolian medicine.2.To reveal that the external treatment of traumatology in Mongolian medicine has 3 soft therapy,3 steep therapy,3 hard therapy,as well as bone-setting therapy with 14 techniques in 5 categories.3.To reveal how to use Mongolian medicine external treatment to treat head,neck,trunk and limb injuries.4.There are 59 instruments in 5 categories used in Mongolian trauma treatment.5.Introduce the auxiliary tools used in Mongolian medicine for external treatment of trauma.
