Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Traumatology Anti-inflammatory Ointment On Knee Joint Osteoarthritis

This study aims to explore the treatment effect of otraumatologyf anti-inflammatory ointment on patients with knee joint osteoarthritis, observe the effects that this medicine brings to the knee joint osteoarthritis patients with knee joint pain, stiffness and dyskinesia, and to discuss the possible mechanism this medicine will bring in the process of treating knee joint osteoarthritis. The paper is divided into three parts, respectively is the document research, clinical research and discussion.The purpose:To study the curative effect of the anti-inflammatory ointment in department of traumatology on knee joint osteoarthritis, and manufacture drugs of high effiency, low cost to release patients’ pain.Methods:60 cases of knee joint osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups. One is the treatment group (30 cases), and the other is the control group (30 cases). The former one is given traumatology anti-inflammatory ointment, while the latter is treated with plaster which can eliminate pain. Both use their own medicine once a day, remove it after 24 hours., and then clean the skin. It requires 6 consecutive days weekly for treating and considers continuous treatment for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. Treatment for 4 weeks and in the following 4 weeks after finishing the course of treatment, the patients will be observed about their knee joint pain, stiffness and dyskinesia compared to before, and find whether differences exist between the two groupsResults:after 4 weeks of treatment, both the treatment group and the control group have achieved great result in releasing pain, improving stiffness and recover motor function (P< 0.05).On the basis of four weeks’ observation after finishing the course of treatment, both two groups were found to have the ability to play a better sustained curative effect (P< 0.05)According to the comparison of the treatment effect of the two groups which were carried out at the same time, we find that the treatment group can reach the treatment effect (P> 0.05) and maintain it (P< 0.05) that the control group can makeConclusion:traumatology anti-inflammatory ointment can effectively improve knee joint osteoarthritis patients with knee joint pain, stiffness and dyskinesia. It is one of the effective method to treat knee joint osteoarthritis. Also, it is a good medicine for clinic because of its wide source and low cost.
