Literature Study On The Treatment Of Neuralgia After Herpes Zoster With External Therapies Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose: This paper summarizes and induces the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia of postherpetic herpes zoster by studying the literature of nearly ten years at home and abroad,sums up the treatment method of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for PHN with the data of literature research,develops the train of thought of diagnosis and treatment,and bases itself on clinical practice.To guide the treatment of PHN,to improve its cure rate,so that PHN patients with real benefits.Material and method:I analyze qualified articles,and summarize the common pathogenesis;In the biomedical journals(including China biomedical literature database(CBM),Chinese Academic Journal Net(CNKI),Chongqing VIP(VIP)pudmad,English database)to collect and collate published nearly ten years all the medicine treatment of PHN clinical literature,a comprehensive analysis on the qualified literature,characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for external treatment of common syndromes of PHN were classified and summarized.Results:1.The common pathogenesis of PHN is stasis and deficiency.2.The literature research method for the treatment of PHN Chinese medicine external treatment: Acupuncture and cupping(50%),Cupping method(22.22%),Chinese medicine(8.55%),acupoint injection(7.69%),TDP(5.13%),moxibustion therapy(2.14%),massage(1.28%),acupoint catgut embedding(1.28%),microwave(0.85%),BMP(0.43%),scraping therapy(0.43%).3.The most commonly used method of clinical treatment of PHN needle acupuncture,commonly used acupoints are Jiaji points.Conclusion:The results of literature study show that the external treatment of TCM has a good effect on PHN.The external treatment of TCM is not only effective in treating PHN,but also there are a lot of clinical methods that can be selected in clinic,such as external application of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture(triangulation needle,press needle,plum blossom needle,floating needle).Burying needle,injection needle,blood collecting needle,fire needle,beryllium needle,electroacupuncture,scalp needle,milliacupuncture needle,moxibustion method(drug point moxibustion,moxibustion with stick,flash fire moxibustion,solid press moxibustion,fumigating moxibustion,cupping method(cupping pot,flash pot,medicine jar,negative pressure pot,acupoint injection method),Acupoint catgut embedding therapy,massage therapy and scraping therapy can enhance the immune function of the body and improve the immunity of patients with PHN.Epidemic force,promote the circulation of blood and the absorption of inflammation,so that blocked meridian blood stasis powder qi and blood flow,except pain,disease healing.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is non-toxic,green therapy,and safe and efficient.
