Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Sacroiliac Joint Syndrome By The TUINA Of Tiaojinzhenggu

ObjectiveThis topic through observing the TUINA of Tiaojinzhenggu and routine massage treatment of sacroiliac joint syndrome clinical efficacy,study the TUINA of Tiaojinzhenggu treatment the curative effect of the disease on the basis of,the preliminary discussion on its mechanism,for the clinical treatment of sacroiliac joint syndrome provides a safe and effective treatment.MethodsThis study all cases from January 2019 to January 2020 to yunnan province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine massage during outpatient and the inpatient clinic patients.Will accord with standard of sacroiliac joint syndrome in 72 cases of patients,according to the numbered 1 to 72,and USES the random number table method was divided into 2 groups,the experimental group(the bonesetting manipulation)36 cases and the control group(routine massage)36 cases.All patients treatment time for 20 minutes each time,1 times a day,five times for a period of treatment,treatment of two procedures,interval between two courses of 2 days.The somatosensory evoked potential stimulator ERES(including visual analog scale(VAS)and the Degree of Pain(Pain Degree)),the Chinese version of modified Oswestry low back Pain assessment(ODI),then observe the changes of each index before and after the treatment,by SPSS26.0statistical software processing data,and inductive analysis,compare the clinical curativeeffect of two groups.Results(1)From the VAS,PD analysis: the two groups before treatment VAS and PD were statistically significant(P>0.05),comparable to the two groups before and after treatment respectively USES the comparison group,after treatment,respectively,by comparison between groups,the conclusion has the difference(P<0.05),there are statistically significant,indicating both groups can improve the patient's pain,but the TUINA of Tiaojinzhenggu skill in improving the degree of pain is better than conventional massage.(2)From the ODI analysis: the total score compared before treatment in both groups,P>0.05,comparable,two groups of patients before and after treatment the comparison group,two groups of patients after treatment by comparison between groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the two methods can improve the patients quality of life,but the TUINA of Tiaojinzhenggu in improving the quality of life in patients with better than regular massage.(3)From the clinical curative effect analysis: after the two period of treatment,treatment group: the total number of 36 people,including 3 cases of recovery,24 cases were markedly effective,7 cases effectiveness and 2 cases,the total effective rate of 94.4 % in the control group,the total number of 36 people,including recovered in 1case,16 cases had marked effect,13 cases effectiveness and 6 cases,the total effective rate was 83.3 3% efficiently by the statistical analysis of the experimental group and the control group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,suggesting adjustable the TUINA of Tiaojinzhenggu skill in improving clinical curative effect is superior to the conventional massage.Conclusions(1)The TUINA of Tiaojinzhenggu,regular massage,in patients with clinically effective treatment of sacroiliac joint syndrome.(2)Through the observation group and control group in PD and VAS score before and after the treatment,the TUINA of Tiaojinzhenggu and regular massage can improve the patient's pain degree,but the TUINA of Tiaojinzhenggu technique is superior toconventional massage.(3)By looking at the ODI score of two groups of patients before and after treatment,the treatment group is better than that of control group,shows that the TUINA of Tiaojinzhenggu manipulation in improving patients' quality of life significantly superior to conventional massage,help to improve the patient's quality of life.(4)This topic show that the TUINA of Tiaojinzhenggu skill of clinical curative effect is superior to the conventional massage,is worth popularizing in clinical use.
