Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Insufficiency In Perimenopausal Insomnia With Xianzao Anshen Decoction

Objective:A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted to investigate the eff icacy and safety of Xianzao Anshen Decoction in the treatment of liver and kidney insufficiency in perimenopausal insomnia.Methods:A total of 72 patients collected from inpatients or outpatients in yunnan h ospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into control group an d treatment group with a ratio of 1:1.The control group was treated with estazolam orally,and the treatment group was treated with Xianzao Anshen Decoction.The sc ores of TCM syndrome scale,Pittsburgh sleep quality index?PSQI?scale,domestic m odified Kupperman scale,serum sex hormone level and safety indexes of the two gr oups of patients before and after treatment were observed and compared,and the eff icacy and safety of the two treatment methods were evaluated by statistical analysi s.Result:A total of 72 patients with perimenopausal insomnia with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome were included in this study,among whom 66 patients completed the test and 3 patients in the treatment group and the control group were separate d.?1?Baseline comparison:there was no statistically significant difference?p<0.05?between the two groups in terms of age,disease course,TCM syndrome score,PSQI scale score,domestic modified Kupperman scale score,serum sex hormone level,etc.?2?Comparison of curative effect after treatment:comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.87%,which had obvious advantages compared with the total effective rate of the control group?63.63%?,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is obviously better than the control group?p<0.01?.Insomnia comprehensive treatment effect comparison:the total effective rate of the treatment group is 84.84%,which is significantly higher than 63.63%of the control group.Better than the control group?p<0.05?.The treatment group could not only significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also their TCM evidence scale scores,PSQI scale scores,domestic improved Kupperman scale score values also improved better than the control group?p<0.05?.The treatment group could cause a downward trend in FSH levels and an upward trend in E₂ levels,which was a significant improvement over the pre-treatment group?p<0.01?;the difference between the control group and the pre-treatment group was not statistically significant?p>0.05?.There were significant differences in the improvement of FSH and E₂ between the two groups after treatment?p<0.01?,and the treatment group was obviously better than the control group.?3?No obvious adverse reactions or toxic side effects were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:?1?Xianzao Anshen Decoction is superior to estazolam in improving insomnia in the treatment of liver and kidney insufficiency perimenopausal insomnia.?2?While improving insomnia,Xianzao Anshen Decoction can also significantly improve the other main perimenopausal symptoms of the disease,such as hot and irritated sweat,anxiety and irritability,waist and knee acid and soft,fear of cold and cold,chest tightness,palpitation,dizziness,tinnitus,forgetfulness and fatigue,etc.?3?Xianzao Anshen Decoction has a certain regulating effect on the serum sex hormone level of perimenopausal patients with insomnia and liver-kidney insufficiency syndrome.?4?This prescription is safe to take and has certain clinical application value,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
