Clinical Study On Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome With Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney Yin By Acupuncture Of Nourishing Water And Containing Tree

ObjectiveNourishing the liver method of tonifying kidney has a significant effect on the clinical efficacy of PMS.Observation on the clinical effect of various diseases,this paper studies and analyzes the influence of nourishing liver and kidney acupuncture on this disease,so as to guide the clinical application.MethodsThe 72 patients who accord with the inclusion criteria(PMS)were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group at a 1:1 ratio,36 cases per group in the control group,furimin was taken remifemin,take it once a day,morning and evening,0.28g/times,continuous administration for 1 month.In addition to the control group,the treatment group increased nourishing liver and kidney acupuncture(Acupuncture on both sides of Taixi,Taichong,Fuliu,Sanyinjiao,Huangshu,Jingqu,Chize,Zhongfu,moxibustionon Yongquan).Once every day,10 times is a course of treatment.There were three courses of treatment.the clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.Changes in serum sex hormones before and after treatment;the differences between treatment group and control group were observed after treatment.Results(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in general condition(age,course of disease,degree of illness),score(TCM symptom score,Kupperman score)and biochemical index between the two groups(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.(2)After the remedy,there were 34 cases in observe group,2 cases were cured clinically,7cases were markedly effective and 22 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 91.18%.There were 33 cases be treated in the control group,6 cases were ineffective,2 cases were effective,24 cases were effective,1 case was cured,the total effective rate was 81.82%.The statistical significance was proved by proving the obvious difference in the total effective rate between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).(3)After the treatment,The total score of CMI and TCM syndromes in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,the distinctness was statistically obvious(P<0.05).It is proved that the observation group and the control group can improve the symptoms of perimenopause,and the observation group was better than the other group.(4)After the remedy,the estradiol elevated in both groups and the observation group was better than control group.Follicle stimulating hormone decreased slightly in both groups.But it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The luteinizing hormone increased in the observation group.It was statistically significant(P<0.05).The change was not significant in the control group it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(5)Nourishing liver and kidney acupuncture has a good effect in the treatment of PMS,especially in improving their clinical symptoms.Besides,there is no adverse reaction.It is easy to operate and low cost,which will not cause too much burden to the patient's body or economy.It is worthy of further research and clinical application.Conclusion(1)Through the experimental results,it is not difficult to find that both groups(observation group and control group)can effectively reduce the patients' KMI score and the score of TCM symptom scale,but in terms of the total effective rate,the method of replenishing water to nourish wood stitch is significantly better than the control group.(2)The method of replenishing water to nourish wood stitch was significantly better than that of the control group in improving the symptoms of hot flashes,hot nerves,vision acerbity,dry oropharyngeal,tinnitus forgetfulness,and abnormal bowel movements.(3)It is easy to operate,low in cost,no side effects and positive in effect,and it will not cause too much burden to the patient's body or the economy.It is worthy of further research and clinical application.
