Objective:Through combing the Synopsis of Golden Chamber and the literature about vertigo of later doctors,this paper sums up Zhongjing's academic thoughts on the diagnosis and treatment of vertigo in the "synopsis of the Golden Chamber" and its influence on the differentiation and treatment of vertigo by later doctors,in order to inherit and carry forward Zhangzhongjing's diagnosis and treatment characteristics of vertigo and provide theoretical guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of vertigo.Method:This paper studies the Synopsis of Golden Chamber(people's Health Publishing House,2017)and the books and documents related to the theory of vertigo with the method of documentary research,and makes statistics on the frequency of the drugs for vertigo in the synopsis of the golden chamber with the method of statistical analysis;uses the method of theoretical research,sums up Zhongjing's academic thoughts on the diagnosis and treatment of vertigo,and the doctors with their own characteristics in the study of vertigo On the basis of the analysis and induction of medical talk,this paper summarizes the inheritance of Zhongjing's academic thought on vertigo diagnosis and treatment and its own theoretical characteristics.Result:1.The etiology of vertigo in Synopsis of Golden Chamber is complex,which can be divided into deficiency and excess.Those with deficiency are kidney deficiency,lung deficiency,deficiency of Qi and blood,Yang deficiency and yin deficiency.Those with excess refer to phlegm,water,damp heat and wind evil.The pathogenesis of the disease is based on the deficiency,and the deficiency is kidney yang deficiency,kidney essence deficiency,lung qi deficiency and cold,Qi and blood deficiency,liver and kidney deficiency.The real is the attack of wind and pathogenic factors,the stop of phlegm and drink,the inverse of water and Qi,and the dampness and heat.The deficiency and the real can be the disease alone,or the deficiency and the real can be the disease.2.The treatment principle of vertigo in Synopsis of Golden Chamber is to distinguish the disease and treat it according to its position;to seek the root of the treatment,to harmonize
