Objective:To observe the comprehensive efficacy of the “Tianlongjie”staging treatment scheme on IPF,and to provide the basis for clinical trials to verify and expand the application of the scheme. Methods: By random parallel control study during this period, will be included in the 52 cases of IPF patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group, each group of 26 cases, the western medicine control group with pirfenidone and simulant,Chinese medicine treatment group with “Tianlongjie” staging treatment scheme and simulant, agent intervention and observation for 3 months, compare two groups before and after treatment in patients with HRCT,pulmonary function,m Mrc,VAS,SGRQ,etc.as well as the safety index, statistical processing, evaluate its comprehensive effect.Result:(1)lung function: comparison within group: before and after treatment,TLC,VC and DLco were compared in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group. All P values were > 0.05,with no significant difference and no statistical significance, but the overall values showed an upward trend.Compared with TLC,VC and DLco before and after treatment in the western medicine control group, the P values of TLC,VC and DLco were all < 0.05,showing significant differences and statistical significance, but the overall values showed a decreasing trend.Comparison between groups: after treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups in lung function, with P < 0.05,statistically significant difference between the two groups.(2)HRCT: the effective rate in the TCM treatment group was 20.00%;Western medicine control group: the effective rate was 4.35%;By rank-sum test,p >0.05 showed no statistically significant difference, indicating that there was no significant difference in the effective rate between the TCM treatment group and the western medicine control group, but it could be seen that the effective rate of the TCM treatment group was higher than that of the western medicine control group.(3)VAS: comparison within group: comparison between the two groups before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,P <0.05,Comparison of western medicine control group before and after treatment,P > 0.05,no statistical significance;Comparison between groups: after treatment, visual simulation scores of cough in the two groups were compared,P < 0.05.(4)m MRC: the effective rate of TCM treatment group was 80.00%;The effective rate of western medicine control group was 56.52%.By rank-sum test,P < 0.05,indicating that both groups had certain curative effect compared with that before treatment, but the effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was much higher than that of the western medicine control group.(5)SGRQ: comparison within group: comparison before and after treatment in the TCM treatment group,P < 0.05.Comparison of western medicine control group before and after treatment,P > 0.05,no statistical significance.Comparison between groups: after treatment, there was a difference between the two groups with P < 0.05.(6)Safety indicators: no serious adverse reactions occurred in the treatment of patients in the TCM treatment group and the western medicine control group. Conclusion: "Tianlongjie" staging treatment scheme significantly improved the symptoms of the patients, significantly improved the quality of life of the patients, and improved the lung diffusion function, the clinical application of economic and effective, but in terms of high resolution CT and lung ventilation function and the control group and no significant difference, may be related to the lung interstitial injury reversible.
