Based On The Image Thinking Of “Tianlongjie” Regimen For IPF Different Periods And Treatment Of Clinical Research

Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the comprehensive curative effect of the patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis by observing the treatment plan based on image thinking.To provide clinical evidence for the application of the "Tianlongjie" program,and to explore the effective methods and means to prevent and cure IPF in Yunnan national medicine resources.Methods: Applying to "Tianlongjie" staging treatment scheme,34 cases were collected for staging treatment,performed by the same group of senior doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,according to comprehensive analysis by the four examination methods to collect syndromes,combined with disease duration,laboratory index,pulmonary function and imaging examination is divided into the early Feibi group and the late Feiwei group.The two groups of patients were treated with the "Tianlongjie" staging treatment scheme,on outpatient Department take oral Chinese Medicine.As well as all of the patients must do check the high resolution CT before and after treatment(HRCT),pulmonary function(ventilation and diffusion function),IPF integral of TCM,St Georges Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)and dyspnea scale(m MRC)evaluate the efficacy.Result:34 patients were included in this study,there were 17 cases of the Feibi group,of which there were male in 12 cases and female in 5 cases,with an average age of62.76 ±11.22 years old,and the course of disease was 1.71± 1.07 years;also the Feiwei group of 17 cases,10 cases were male,7 were female,with an average age of68.88 ± 9.59 years old,and the course of disease was 2.59 ± 1.62 years,there was no significant difference in the basic situation(P > 0.05).Before and after treatment,the pulmonary function(TLC,VC,DLco)of the patients had no significant difference;After treatment,the TLC and VC of the Feibi group patients were improved,and there was no significant difference in DLco;TLC,VC and DLco had no significant difference between before and after treatment in the Feiwei group patients.After treatment,the patients with high resolution CT overall examination results effective in 2 cases,stable in 26 cases,invalid in 6 cases.After treatment,two groups of patients with TCM syndrome score in the main symptoms,symptoms,or symptoms and total scores were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups of patients in St Georges were significantly improved compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).The m MRC score of the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).Liver and kidney function had no significant difference before and after the treatment of the Feibi group patients,AST,urea nitrogen had no significant difference before and after treatment in patients with the Feiwei group,ALT higher than that before treatment were lower than before treatment,the above indexes were in normal range.Conclusion:Get all the information,"Tianlongjie" regimen in the treatment of IPF patients can improve symptoms,the quality of life,has stable effect on lung function and high resolution CT,with no damage to liver and kidney function.
