Distribution Of TCM Syndromes In Patients With Thyroid Nodule Based On Data Analysis

Objective:To analyze the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome elements of thyroid nodule,in order to improve the scientific and objective of dialectics,and to provide some reference for the clinical treatment and prevention of TN.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,we collected the four diagnosis information of patients with thyroid nodule in outpatient and inpatient of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of traditional Chinese medicine,and carried out frequency statistics and calculation,relying on SPSS software system cluster analysis,and combined with syndrome factor score system of syndrome factor differentiation method for data mining,and finally determined the disease syndrome factor and disease location syndrome factor of patients with thyroid nodule.Result:1.Among the 317 patients included in this study,17 cases were excluded from the inclusion criteria and were mistakenly included.The number of effective cases was 300,including 77 males and 223 females.The oldest was 79 years old and the youngest was 19 years old.The average age was(x ± s)55.56 ± 15.13 years old.The majority of cases were in the middle age group and the old age group.2.After calculation,among the four diagnostic information of 300 cases,the four diagnostic information with a frequency of more than 15% includes dizziness,chest distress,thirst,palpitation,headache,lumbago and knee weakness,numbness of limbs,cold of limbs,chest pain,insomnia,self perspiration,varicose tongue,shortness of breathand bitterness,which basically reflects the basic symptoms of 300 patients with thyroid nodules.3.By cluster analysis,combined with syndrome differentiation,the main syndrome elements of thyroid nodule disease in Kunming area of Yunnan Province are liver,kidney and lung;The pathogenic syndrome element are Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,Qi stagnation,Phlegm retention,Blood stasis,Blood deficiency.4.Through this study,we can find that the common basic syndrome types of thyroid nodule patients in Kunming area of Yunnan Province include liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,liver blood deficiency syndrome,liver yin deficiency syndrome,(phlegm)retention stopping lung syndrome,kidney qi deficiency syndrome,kidney yang deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.Conclusion:Based on syndrome differentiation and cross-sectional epidemiological investigation,the clinical symptoms and other information of TN patients in Kunming area are collected.Through clustering analysis and other data mining,the TCM syndrome differentiation which is fuzzy and not easily accepted by modern science is integrated and quantified to get the TCM syndrome and syndrome distribution law of thyroid nodule disease,so as to improve the scientific and objective of the dialectics,It can provide some reference for the treatment and prevention of TN.
