Objectives: Investigate the perioperative cognition of pain and pain management and related factors affecting this cognition.Purposefully carry out missionary education on rapid postoperative rehabilitation and pain management to correct patients' related cognitive errors. Methods: Patients who undergo elective surgery for benign diseases in the gynecological ward of the The first affiliated hospital of dalian medical university from March 2019 to December 2019 are selected.170 valid questionnaires are analyzed using SPSS 21.0 software.Measurement data for normal distribution and mildly skewed distribution(skewness coefficient <0.5)are expressed as mean ± standard deviation, and measurement data for moderate to severe skewed distribution(skewness coefficient> 0.5)are in use Number of digits.Normal distribution using t-test or(in accordance with homogeneity test of variance)analysis of variance,non-normal distribution using Mann-Whitney U test or Kruskal-Wallis H test.Multiple linear regression analysis model for multi-factor correlation analysis.P <0.05 is considered statistically significant. Results: Relevant factors affecting postoperative rehabilitation are ranked in the order of "pain","surgical method" and "exhaust time" according to their pre-operative cognition of their importance.According to the actual postoperative experience, the "pain" is ranked first in order of importance, and the "exhaust time" and "mental state" are respectively followed.Patients with higher education level and previous surgery history has higher awareness of pain hazards, and the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).The preoperative pain score of urban patients is higher than the actual pain score of postoperative patients, and the non-urban patients has the opposite, the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).Under various related factors, the ideal postoperative pain control score of the patient is lower than the actual postoperative pain score, the difference is higher in patients with chronic pain history and statistically significant(P <0.05).Patients with low education level, history of chronic pain and previous surgery have more concerns about analgesics, and the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).Patients with a high education level,a history of chronic pain, and a history of previous surgery are more fully aware of the need for analgesics(P <0.05).Patients with a high educational level,a history of chronic pain, and an open abdominal group receives a higher degree of postoperative analgesia treatment, and the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).Excluding the influence of confounding factors,"age","education level","chronic pain history " and "surgical method" are independent influencing factors of analgesic treatment acceptance. With the increase of age and education level, the degree of acceptance of postoperative analgesic treatment changes more obviously.Patients with a history of chronic pain and an open abdominal group have greater support for analgesia after surgery. Conclusions: 1.Regarding the impact of pain on postoperative recovery, patients generally have a certain degree of cognition before surgery.2.Age,education,chronic pain history and surgical methods are independent factors that affect patients' cognition and acceptance of analgesia management.3.Drug resistance, adverse reactions and addiction of analgesics are hot issues for patients.4.The deviation of family members or patients' perceptions is an important cause of patients' misunderstanding of pain education.
