Clinical Efficacy Study Of Modified Shengyangyiwei Decoction On Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Spleen Asthenia And Dampness Retention Type

Objective By observing the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of spleen asthenia and dampness retention type with modified Shengyangyiwei Decoction,evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety,and provide clinical reference for the treatment of this type of patients in the future.Methods 64 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of spleen asthenia and dampness retention type were enrolled into the treatment group and the control group respectively by the method of random number table,32 cases in each group.The control group was given methotrexate and folic acid tablets,the treatment group was treated with modified Shengyangyiwei Decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 3 months.After treatment,the two groups were analyzed and compared in TCM syndrome score,DAS28 score,laboratory indicators and so on,then evaluated the efficacy and safety.Results 1.The study included 64 patients who matched the diagnostic criterion,there were 60 patients completed the treatment,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group,with 4 cases dropped off.2.TCM single symptom scores:the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in improving joint pain,joint swelling,joint tenderness,morning stiffness,flexion and extension disadvantage,limb heaviness,fatigue and weakness,poor appetite,abdominal distention and fullness,loose stool,the difference had statistical sense(P<0.05).3.Total score of TCM Syndromes:after treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference between the two groups had significant sense(P<0.01).4.Curative effect of TCM Syndrome:after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,the control group was 83.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.DAS28 score:after treatment,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).6.Evaluation of curative effect of DAS28:after treatment,the total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 80.00%in the control group,the difference had statistical sense(P<0.05).7.Laboratory indicators:after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),Rheumatoid factor(RF),Anti-cyclic citrulline polypeptide antibody(anti CCP),the difference had statistical sense(P<0.05).8.Safety:there were no adverse reactions in the treatment group and 2 cases of digestive tract reaction in the control group(incidence=6.67%).In the course of treatment,the safety observation indexes of the two groups were normal,there was no serious adverse reactions and the safety was high.Conclusion Modified Shengyangyiwei Decoction has a good clinical effect in treating rheumatoid arthritis of spleen asthenia and dampness retention type,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce disease activity,and have fewer side effects and good safety.
