| Objective:In this study,Wu’s theory of Fuyang was used to study the experience of Wu’s theory of treating chronic heart failure by using Fuyang theory.The systematic observation of Wu’s experience-flavored Sini decoction was used to treat chronic heart failure)Patients with clinical efficacy and improvement of TCM syndrome,through the BNP,cardiac function classification,heart failure,6MWD,cardiac ultrasound and other related indicators of objective evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of Modified Sini Decoction.Methods: 63 cases were included in the inclusion criteria,and the patients were divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(31 cases)by digital randomization.Control group to Western medicine basic treatment(ACEI or ARB,β-blockers,aldosterone antagonists,if necessary,diuretics and cardiac drugs),the treatment group in the basic treatment of western medicine plus Modified Sini Decoction,treatment for two months.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function classification,heart failure score,6MWD,LVEF,BNP,TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups and the curative effect was evaluated by the statistical software.Results: In this study,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,TCM syndrome score,cardiac function grade,heart failure score,6MWD,LVEF,BNP and safety index.In the clinical symptoms:(1)TCM syndromes: the effective rate of treatment group was 96.9%,the control group the effective rate was77.4%,the two groups compared to the statistical difference(P = 0.020),the treatment group than the control group.(2)Single symptom score: treatment group palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue,moving asthma,cold body cold,oliguria,edema,bloating symptoms compared with before treatment was significantly different,the P value were <0.05;control group in Palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue,dynamic asthma,oliguria,edema symptoms and treatment before the ratio was significantly different,the P value <0.05.And the use of Modified Sini Decoction treatment group can better improve the palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue,cold body cold,edema,abdominal distension of these symptoms,P <0.05,there are differences in statistics,especially cold and abdominal distension,<0.01,there was a significant difference.(3)The integration of Lee’s heart failure: heart failure score of two groups of patients were significantly decreased(P < 0.01),and the efficiency of the treatment group was 96.9%,the effective rate of control group was 83.4%,the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P=0.047).In heart function: the two groups can significantly improve cardiac function(P < 0.01).After the treatment,the treatment group was 93.8%,the effective rate of control group was 71%,two groups have difference(P=0.006),the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.In the exercise endurance: the two groups can increase the distance of walking distance of 6 minutes,compared with before treatment,there was statistical significance(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Physical and chemical indicators: LVEF: the two groups can improve LVEF,compared with before treatment was statistically significant(P < < 0.01),compared with the LVEF value of the treatment group after the treatment,the P value was less than 0.05,indicating that the treatment group to improve the effect of the more obvious.BNP: the two groups can reduce BNP in different degrees,there are significant differences between before and after treatment,P were lower than the 0.01,and the difference between the two groups after treatment(P=0.015),the treatment group was better than the control group.Safety index: two groups of patients before and after treatment safety indicators(ALT,AST,Cr,UREA)no significant abnormality,no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Wu’s experience: Modified Sini Decoction can improve chronic heart failure(heart kidney yang deficiency symptoms),and cardiac function in patients with increased 6 minutes walking distance,improve LVEF,reduce BNP.And this prescription strict,closely linked to the pathogenesis,long-term use of non-toxic side effects,safe and effective,worthy of clinical use. |
