Effect Of Jiawei Xuandai Granule On Clinical Efficacy And BLI Endoscopic Esophageal Grading Of Reflux Esophagitis With Anxiety Depression

Objective: To investigate the effect of Jiawei Xuandai Granules on the improvement of clinical symptoms,anxiety and depression status of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency esophagitis,and the classification of esophageal mucosa endoscope under BLI endoscope.Methods:The 67 cases included in the study were divided into 2 groups,33 in the treatment group and 34 in the control group.After the patient signed the informed consent form,the control group was treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules combined with mosapride tablets.The treatment group was additionally given Jiawei Xuandai Granules on the basis of the control group for 8 weeks.After the treatment,observe the changes of clinical main symptoms,secondary symptoms,anxiety and depression scores and related indicators before and after treatment in both groups,and make an evaluation of the efficacy and safety.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results:1.Comparison of clinical comprehensive efficacy: after treatment,the indexes of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,the total effective rate of the control group was 87.5%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.The total score of TCM Syndrome was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05),which showed that the former was better than the latter in improving tcm syndrome.3.Comparison of main symptoms and secondary symptoms: After treatment,the scores of the main symptom scores and the comparison of the secondary symptom scores between the two groups except for anorexia symptoms are all less than 0.05,indicating that the treatment group is improving acid reflux,heartburn,chest The symptoms of bulging pain,loose stools,moodiness,belching,charity,upset and irritability,and vomiting and salivation are superior to the control group,and the two groups have the same effect in improving anorexia symptoms(P > 0.05).4.Endoscopic comparison: After treatment,the two groups under the white light gastroscopy inflammation classification,BLI gastroscopy IPCL classification comparison,after the test group P<0.05,between groups P >0.05,indicating that both groups can improve mucosal inflammation after treatment And IPCL structure,the two have the same effect.5.Comparison of anxiety and depression scores: There is a significant difference between the two groups after treatment between the anxiety symptom score and the depression symptom score(P<0.05).The treatment group scores are lower than the control group,and the treatment group has obvious anxiety and depression efficacy Higher than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the clinical efficacy of anxiety and depression symptoms.6.Comparison of relapse rate: Follow-up 3 months after treatment,the clinical relapse rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion :1.Jiawei Xuandai Granules can not only significantly improve the symptoms of reflux and heartburn in patients with RE and anxiety and depression,but also have a significant effect on the improvement of esophageal mucosal inflammation and IPCL structure,and also have a significant effect on improving patients' anxiety and depression symptoms.2.The clinical recurrence rate of Jiawei Xuandai Granules in the treatment of RE is low,and the clinical application is safe and reliable,which is worthy of promotion.
