The Clinical Efficacy Study Of Muscle Meridian Manipulation Of Zhuang Medicine In The Treatment Of Discogenic Low Back Pain

Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of muscle meridian manipulation of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of discogenic low back pain.The purpose of this study is to explore a more reasonable and optimized therapeutic schedule for discogenic low back pain by comparing the indexes of muscle meridian manipulation of Zhuang medicine and celecoxib before and after treatment,so as to provide a more scientific basis for clinical treatment of discogenic low back pain.Methods: The samples in this study were from the manipulation outpatient department of our hospital.The patients with discogenic low back pain were divided into the muscle meridian manipulation of Zhuang medicine group(30cases)and the celecoxib group(30 cases)by random number table.The observation group of patients were treated with muscle meridian manipulation of Zhuang medicine(referring to Chinese muscle meridian of Zhuang medicine published by guangxi science and technology publishing house)for4 weeks,the control group were treated with celecoxib capsules for 4weeks.The Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)and VAS score of the two groups of patients were compared statistically before treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment and follow-up at one month after treatment.Follow-up at one month after treatment,the clinical effective rate and cure rate of the two groups of patients were evaluated according to the Standard for diagnostic efficacy of TCM syndrome standard.Results:(1)After statistical evaluation and analysis,there was no significant statistical difference between the two groups in ODI score and VAS score before treatment(P>0.05),indicating the comparability between the observation group and the control group.(2)VAS scores and ODI scores of patients after 2 weeks of treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment and follow-up at one month after treatment in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);ODI score and VAS score in the observation group were significantly superior than those in the control group after 2 weeks of treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment and follow-up at one month after treatment(P<0.05),The results showed that both groups were effective in improving the pain and dysfunction of patients with discogenic low back pain,but the observation group was better than the control group.(3)The two groups evaluated the clinical efficacy according to the Standard for diagnostic efficacy of TCM syndrome standard,the effective rate after treatment was 93.33% in the observation group,cure rate was46.67%;the effective rate in the control group was 80%,the cure rate was 20%.To sum up,the cure rate and effective rate of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:(1)This study showed that both groups had certain curative effect in the treatment of discogenic low back pain;(2)muscle meridian manipulation of Zhuang medicine in treating discogenic low back pain was better than that of celecoxib capsules.
