Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Single Operation Time On The Therapeutic Effect Of Massage On Children With Cough

Objective: To observe the difference of clinical effect of massage treatment with different single operation time on children with cough.Methods: 60 children with cough who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group,and both groups were given conventional pediatric cough massage manipulation.The single operation time of the observation group was 10-15 minutes.The single operation time of the control group was 20-30 minutes,that is,the ratio of each massage treatment time of the observation group and the control group is 1:2.Both groups were treated once a day for 6 days.Using SPSS19.0 statistical software,the age,sex,course of disease,symptom score and clinical efficacy of the two groups of children were counted,and their clinical efficacy and improvement of clinical main symptoms(cough,expectoration)and secondary symptoms(fever,nasal congestion,pharyngeal signs)scores and signs were compared.Results:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in age,sex,course of disease,and total score of symptoms before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),which are comparable;(2)Scoring results of clinical main and secondary symptoms: The symptom score of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of cough,expectoration,fever,nasal congestion,and pharyngeal signs(P>0.05);(3)Results of clinical efficacy: In the observation group,11 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.3%.In the control group,14 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96.7%.There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy and total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: When using massage therapy to treat cough in children,the massage method with a single operation time of 10-15 minutes is consistent with the conventional massage method with a single operation time of 20-30 minutes.
