Research On Clinical Effect Of Massage And Pricking Blood Therapy On Wind-heat Cough In Children

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Massage and Prickingblood therapy on wind-heat cough in children.Methods:87patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomized intoa Massage, Pricking blood group and Massage with Pricking blood group.Massage group (29cases): Push the Lung Meridian and the Tianhe water4min,press and knead the Fengmen, the Feishu2min, press and knead the Palm smallstripes，Push the scapula3min，once a day,4days are one period of treatment.Pricking blood group (29cases): Acupoints: Feishu, Dazhui, Chize. Operation:iodine volts disinfection was used to the skin, then the left thumb and indexfinger pinched her local skin, using a disposable blood collection needlesfor about1～2mm, each hole to squeeze5drops of blood, every drop suchas mung bean size. Then use sterile dry cotton ball oppression hemostasis,once a day,4days are one period of treatment. Massage with Pricking bloodgroup: Acupoints, Operation, Period of treatment are the same with the abovetwo groups. After one period of treatment, to observe and compare the changesof clinical effects, symptoms, signs and lymphocyte count between beforetreatment and after treatment.Results: The cure rate of the Massage with Pricking blood group were82.76%,total effective rate were96.55%. The cure rate of the Massage group were55.17%, total effective rate were93.10%. The cure rate of the Pricking bloodgroup were51.72%, total effective rate were89.96%. Three groups of childrenwith cure rate comparison difference was statistically significant,(P＜ 0.05). The total effective rate was no significant difference (P＞0.05).Suggest three ways to treat children with wind heat cough have curativeeffect, especially the Massage with Pricking blood group.Conclusion: Massage with Pricking blood in treating children wind-heat coughhas curative effect and is worthy of clinical application.
