Clinical Research On Treatment Of Hemorrhoids By Yao Medicine Needle Picking Therapy

Objective: Through clinical observation and research on the treatment of hemorrhoids with yao medcine picking needle therapy,the clinical efficacy of yao medicine picking needle therapy on hemorrhoids was determined,and the basis was provided for the clinical application.Methods: The 60 patients with hemorrhoids who met the inclusion criteria from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received yao medicine needle picking therapy,once a week for one course of treatment.The control group received ordinary acupuncture therapy,5 times a week,5 times for a course of treatment.The curative effect was observed after three courses of treatment.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and main clinical symptoms(prolapse,hematoheia,hemorrhoid mucosal surfacea,secretion)score were used to conduct comparative statistical analysis of the two groups' patients before and after treatment and between the groups.The efficacy data of different types of hemorrhoids were collected.Spss22.0statistical analysis software was used for data analysis.Results:1.Comparison of VAS scores: There was a statistical difference in VAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05);There was no statistical difference in VAS scores before treatment(P>0.05);There was a statistical difference in VAS scores after treatment(P<0.05).2.Comparison of clinical symtom scores: The was a statisticaldifferences in four symptom evaluation groups: prolapse,hematochezia,hemorrhoid surface mucosa and secretion between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05);There was no statistical difference between the clinical symptom evaluation groups before treatment(P>0.05);There was a statistical difference in the hematochezia clinical symptom evaluation groups after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in other clinical symptom scores(P>0.05).3.Comparison of different types of hemorrhoids: There was a statistical difference in the efficacy of intenal hemorrhoids,external hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Comparison of overall efficacy: The treatment group showed cured in4 cases,significant effect in 4 cases,effective in 19 cases,ineffective in 3cases,the total effective rate was 90.00%;The control group showed cured in1 cases,significant effect in 3 cases,effective in 21 cases,ineffective in 5cases,the total effective rate was 83.33%;there was no statistical difference in the overall efficacy between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion(s):1.Yao medicine needle picking can improve hemorrhoids pain,prolapse,hematoheia,hemorrhoid mucosal surfacea,secretion and other clinical symptoms,and the curative effect of pain and hematoheia is better than ordinary acupuncture.2.Yao medicine needle picking are effective for the three hemorrhoid types of internal hemorrhoids,external hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids.3.The clinical curative of yao medicine needle picking is similar to ordinary acupuncture.
