Objective: To investigate the social function of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI and analyze its influencing factors,in order to provide theoretical basis for medical workers to intervene the controllable factors leading to social function defects in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods: a total of 300 young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI in the Department of Cardiology of Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected by convenient sampling.General data questionnaire,Social Dysfunction Screening Scale(SDSS),Social Supporting Rating scale(SSRS),and Medical Coping Style Questionnaire(MCMQ)were used to conduct an investigation. In univariate analysis,chi-square test and rank sum test were used to compare counting data,t-test was used to compare measurement data;Pearson analysis is used to analyze the correlation between variables;multivariate analysis uses the statistical method of binary Logistic regression analysis. Results: Among the 300 subjects, the total score of social function defect was(4.03±2.45).There were 213 patients with social function defect(?2),with an incidence rate of 71.0%(213/300).The total score of social support was(34.26±8.41),including objective support(11.22±3.95),subjective support(17.05±3.42)and utilization of support(5.99±2.66).Among them, the score of objective support dimension was higher than that of the domestic norm, while the total score of social support, the score of subjective support dimension and the score of support utilization dimension were lower than the domestic norm level, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Scores of all dimensions of coping style: face dimension score is(18.97±2.72),avoidance dimension score is(16.36±1.72),and yield dimension score is(10.01±2.17).The scores of face dimension were lower than that of domestic norm, while the scores of avoidance dimension and yield dimension were higher than that of domestic norm, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that the total score of social support and its dimensions were negatively correlated with the total score of social function deficit scale. In coping style, face dimension score is negatively correlated with the total score of social function deficit scale, avoidance and yield dimension score is positively correlated with the total score of social function deficit scale. The results of binary logistic regression equation showed that: education level(OR=0.421),family per capita monthly income(OR=0.292),acute myocardial infarction(OR=8.743),subjective support(OR=0.833),utilization of support(OR=0.562),face style(OR=0.530)and avoidance style(OR=2.312)were the influencing factors of whether young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI had social function defects, and The prediction accuracy of these factors is 91.0%,which is good. Conclusion: 1.The incidence of social function defects in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI is high. The influencing factors include education level, family per capita monthly income, acute myocardial infarction, subjective support, utilization of support, copingstyle of facing and avoiding.2.The social support of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI is in the middle level, which needs to be further improved.3.Young and middle-aged patients are more inclined to adopt negative coping style in the face of disease after PCI.
