Objectives To explore the pathogenic factors and characteristics of coronary heart disease(CHD)in young and middle-aged people under 55 years old in order to guide clinical treatment. Methods From January 2018 to April 2019,young and middle-aged people under 55 years old who were diagnosed as coronary heart disease by coronary angiography were investigated in Cangzhou Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Hebei Province. The young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease were taken as the control group. Both groups of patients improved the questionnaire and laboratory examination to collect the related pathogenic factors. The data were processed by professional data software SPSS21.0,and the measurement data were expressed by x ąs.If it did not conform to the normal distribution,it was described by median and P25,P75,and analyzed by Mann-Whitney U rank sum test of two independent samples. The qualitative data were compared with frequency and percentage description, and the differences between the two groups were analyzed by Chi-square test. Finally, the parameters are analyzed by binary Logistics regression. Results 1 In the young and middle-aged coronary heart disease group, body mass index(BMI),hypertension(53.4% vs.28.2% P < 0.0001),diabetes mellitus(29.1% vs.9.4% P <0.0001),smoking history(47.3% vs.24.2% P < 0.0001).Hyperlipidemia(31.1% vs.19.5%P = 0.021),diet factor(60.1% vs.48.3% P =0.012),tiredness factor(72.3% vs.48.3% P <0.0001).Emotional factors(77.0% vs.54.4% P < 0.0001),endowment factors(64.9%vs.37.6% P < 0.0001),High density lipoprotein(33.1% vs.21.5% P < 0.0001)was significantly different from that of the control group(P < 0.0001).2 In the coronary heart disease group of young and middle-aged men,hypertension(50.5% vs.32.5% P = 0.015),diabetes mellitus(30.5% vs.10.8% P =0.001),tiredness factors(72.6% vs.50.6% P=0.002),Emotional factors(78.9% vs.56.6% P =0.001),endowment factors(62.1% vs.42.2% P =0.008),body mass index(22.5,27.6 vs.20.5,25.9 P =0.001),Total cholesterol(17.9% vs.32.5% P =0.024),TG(43.2% vs.27.7% P =0.032),There was significant difference between the two groups(2.3,3.2 vs.2.2,2.8 P = 0.001)and the control group(P< 0.05).3 In the coronary heart disease group of young and middle-aged women,hypertension(58.5% vs.22.7% P < 0.0001),diabetes mellitus(26.4% vs.7.6% P = 0.005),hyperlipidemia(37.7% vs.21.2% P =0.047).Emotional factor(73.6% vs.51.5% P =0.014),tiredness factor(71.7% vs.45.5% P =0.004),endowment factor(69.8% vs.31.8%P < 0.0001).There was significant difference between low density lipoprotein(39.6% vs.21.2% P =0.028)and control group(P < 0.05).4 binary Logistics regression analysis,it was found that hypertension, diabetes, smoking history, obesity, diet, tiredness, emotion and endowment were the main risk factors for coronary heart disease in young and middleaged people.Diabetes mellitus, smoking history, diet factor, tiredness factor, emotional factor and endowment factor are the main risk factors of coronary heart disease in young and middle-aged men.Hypertension, diabetes, diet, emotion and endowment are the main risk factors for young and middle-aged women with coronary heart disease. Conclusions 1 Hypertension, diabetes, smoking history, obesity, dietary factors, tiredness, emotional factors and endowment factors are the main risk factors for coronary heart disease in young and middle-aged people under 55 years of age.2 There are gender differences in the incidence factors of coronary heart disease in young and middle-aged people, that is,diabetes mellitus, smoking history, diet factors, tiredness factors, emotionafactors, endowment factors are the main risk factors leading to coronary heart disease in young and middle-aged men.Hypertension, diabetes, diet, emotion and endowment are the main causes of cardiovascular disease in young and middle-aged women.Figure3;Table 16;Reference 103...
