ObjectiveThis study is a meta-analysis of the incidence of complications after pediatric donor kidney transplantation at home and abroad in recent years,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of complications after pediatric donor kidney transplantation in the future.MethodsThe literatures related to various complications related to pediatric donor kidney transplantation were searched at home and abroad. The databases retrieved included: Embase,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database,(VIP)Database,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)and other databases. The search languages are limited to: Chinese and English. The retrieval method used a combined search of MeSH and free words. Two reviewers screened the literature and extracted the data according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The quality was evaluated with reference to the MINORS evaluation items. The meta-analysis was performed using Stata15.1 software to extract the occurrence of complications after renal transplantation in children rate.ResultsOne-year survival rate of kidney with pediatric donor kidney transplantation is 93%.The incidence of DGF(Delayed graft function)among the remaining surgical complications is 16%,the incidence of pulmonary infection is 5%,the vascular complications are 5%,and the ureter is complicated.Symptoms were 5%,the incidence of acute rejection was 7%,and the incidence of proteinuria was 28%.This study suggests that the early clinical results of children with kidney and kidney transplantation are better, but the incidence of proteinuria and DGF is higher in postoperative complications.ConclusionThe short-term clinical effect of children's donor kidney transplantation is good, but the incidence of early postoperative complications is high, especially the postoperative DGF and proteinuria rates are high, and the long-term clinical effect needs further study.
