| Objective:Observe the clinical effect of fiber optic technology combined with Chinese medicine Xiao Zhi Ling injection perfusion in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis.Methods:According to the randomized method,70 cases patients of axillary osmidrosis.There were 35 patients in the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was perfused with Xiao Zhi Ling injection perfusion on the basis of fiber optic treatment,and the control group was only treated with fiber optic.Postoperative observation and follow-up to understand the effects of surgery,recurrence and complications,quality of life and patient satisfaction.Results:There were 3 cases of shedding in this study.Actually,67 cases of axillary osmidrosis patients participated,34 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.The patients were followed up for 6 months.Comparison of general information such as gender,age,and severity of axillary osmidrosis and quality of life between the two groups showed no statistical significance(P ? 0.05),indicating that the two groups of patients were comparable.34 cases in the treatment group,30 cases were cured,3 cases were markedly improved,1 case was improved,the total effective rate was 97.06%,33 cases in the control group,20 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly improved,6 cases were improved,1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 78.79% Chi-square test P?0.05,the difference was statistically significant.There were 67 cases in the two groups,followed up for 6 months,34 cases in the treatment group,1 case of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 2.94%;33 cases in the control group,8 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 24.24%.After Chi-square test,P ? 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.There were 67 cases in the two groups,with a total of 134 sides of the axilla.Postoperative observation revealed that 3 cases of complications occurred in both groups,and no serious complications occurred.In the treatment group,1 subcutaneous induration occurred,and the complication rate was 1.47%;in the control group,2 subcutaneous induration occurred,and the complication rate was 3.03%.Chisquare test,P ? 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Comparison of the quality of life scores between the two groups of patients before and after treatment showed that the results were all P?0.05,suggesting that the quality of life of the two groups was significantly improved after treatment.The comparison of the quality of life scores between the two groups after treatment showed P?0.05,indicating that both groups had improved after treatment,but the quality of life in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.The treatment group was very satisfied with 25 cases,satisfied with 7 cases,generally 1 with dissatisfaction,and 94.12% satisfaction.The control group was very satisfied with 22 cases,6 with satisfaction,3 with average,2 with dissatisfaction,and 84.85%.After rank sum test P?0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusions : Fiber optic technology combined with Chinese medicine Xiao Zhi Ling injection perfusion for treating axillary osmidrosis has significant effect and low recurrence rate,it is worth clinical promotion. |
