Effects Of Chinese Medicine Application,ironing And Application On Serum Leptin And MMP-13 In Female Patients With Early And Middle Stage KOA

Objective: Observe Chinese medicine application,ironing and application the combination therapy for women of early metaphase knee osteoarthritis(KOA)stagnancy of cold-dampness patients blood Leptin(Leptin)and the level of matrix metalloproteinases 13(MMP-13),the influence of exploring the com-bination therapy to treat women as its possible mechanism of KOA stagnancy of cold-dampness certificate,and to further verify the clinical effect of combined therapy.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,60 female patients with early and middle stage KOA stagnancy of cold-dampness were selected from January 2019 to December 2019 in the outpatient department of the third department of orthopedics of the first affiliated guangxi university of traditional medicine hospital and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,30 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with a combination of TCM application,ironing and applying(TCM application for 15 minutes?TCM ironing for 30 minutes?TCM application for 6 hours),once a day.The control group was treated with a flurbiprofen gel patch once a day for 8 hours.The two groups were treated continuously for 1 week.With before treatment,treatment(after 1 week),1 week after treatment(2 weeks)three time points to observe the following indicators:serum Leptin,MMP-13,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),c-re-active protein(CRP)levels,WOMAC score,total response rate and security of general index.SPSS 20.0 was used for data analysis,Chi-square test was used for comparison of count data.For measurement data,paired t-test was used for comparison of self-mean values before and after treatment within the group,and t-test or t 'test was used for comparison between groups.Rank sum test was used for graded data.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results:1.Before treatment,the age,disease course,body mass index,K-L gradin g,WOMAC score,Leptin,MMP-13,CRP and ESR of the patients in the two groups were not statistically significant,suggesting comparability.In this study,a total of 60 female patients were included,who had completed the corresponding treatment course,had no exfoliating cases,and had no serious adverse reactions.2.Group comparison:Two groups after treatment in patients with reduced levels of Leptin,MMP-13,statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the ESR and CRP levels,no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),shows that Chinese medicine application,ironing and application which apply combination and adminstration of flurbiprofen gel treatment middle female patients with KOA stagnancy of cold-dampness card can lower levels of Leptin,MMP-13,but for the ESR and CRP level had no effect;All scores of WOMAC were improved after treatment in the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine application,ironing and application and flurbiprofen gel paste could improve knee joint function and relieve clinical symptoms in women with KOA stagnancy of cold-dampness in the early and middle stages.3.Group comparison:MMP-13 after treatment,the test group,Leptin,CRP,ESR,WOMAC scores were lower than the control group,but only in 1 week after two groups of MMP-13,Leptin,WOMAC score,WOMAC pain score differences statistically significant(P=0.019,0.021,0.019,0.000),Chinese medicine application,ironing and application at the end of the combination therapy in the treatment of middle to lower women KOA stagnancy of cold-dampness patients serum MMP-13,Leptin levels and improve joint function and have more advantages on the pain.The total effective rates of the two groups were 93.33% and 86.67%,respectively(P=0.01).Conclusion:1.The combination therapy of Chinese medicine application,ironing and application can reduce the serum Leptin and MMP-13 levels of women with stagnancy of cold-dampness of KOA in mid morning,which may be one of the mechanisms of this combination therapy in treating stagnancy of cold-dampness of KOA in women.2.The combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine application,ironing and application can effectively improve WOMAC score of women with stagnancy of cold-dampness of KOA in early and middle stage,with total effective rate,clinical efficacy and safety.
