Bupleurum Chest Bind Decoction In Patients With Obese Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(Liver And Stomach Gloomy Heat Type Clip Sputum)

Objective: By randomized controlled clinical trials,observed radix bupleuri chest soup of liver fat stomach wind-cold clip phlegm syndrome in patients with type 2 diabetes clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes,the effects of radix bupleuri chest soup on liver stomach wind-cold clip phlegm syndrome to assess the efficacy and safety of obese patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:Will be included in the standard of 66 patients with liver stomach wind-cold clip phlegm syndrome,according to the proportion of 1:1 were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group(n = 33),treatment group(33 cases given basic treatment plus metformin zyban and radix bupleuri chest soup granules,33 cases were given basic treatment plus metformin zyban.Treatment,a total of 3 months,using SPSS20.0 analysis and comparison of TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment of 2 groups of patients,fasting plasma glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin,insulin resistance,obesity relevant indicators index,the change of blood lipid.Results:Before treatment,the basic data of gender,age,course of disease,height,weight,BMI and WC of the two groups of patients were compared between the two groups.The difference before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and could be compared.In 3 months after treatment:(1)improve the aspect of TCM syndrome: two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome are obviously improved,the treatment group total effective rate was 80%,syndrome integral by treatment before 20.77±3.38 to 8.63 ±4.62 after treatment;The total effective rate of the control group was 53.3%.The improvement effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)hypoglycemia effect: fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in both groups were lower than those before treatment,with significant statistical significance(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,there was a significant decrease in the treatment group and a significant statistical significance(P<0.01).(3)obesity-related indicators: the weight,BMI and waist circumference of both groups were lower than those of the previous group,showing significant statistical significance(P<0.01).The weight and waist circumference of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the BMI of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.01).(4)insulin-related indicators: fasting insulin and insulin resistance index of patients in both groups were decreased,with significant statistical significance(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,there was a significant decrease in the treatment group and a significant statistical significance(P<0.01).(5)blood lipids: after treatment,TG,TC and LDL-Llevels of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment,and HDL-C levels were increased,and the comparison in the group was statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparison between groups: the treatment group had a statistically significant decrease in TG and ldl-c compared with the control group(P<0.05),and a statistically significant decrease in TC and hdl-c than the control group(P< 0.01).Conclusion:Radix bupleuri chest soup can improve obesity with type 2 diabetes(liver)stomach wind-cold clip phlegm syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms decreased TCM syndrome integral,fall blood sugar,reduce weight,increase insulin sensitivity,improve blood lipid level.
