Research On Academic Experience Of Chief Physician Rongzhen In Treating Liver Cancer Based On Data Mining

As the number of primary liver cancer patients increases year by year and the mortality rate increases,it is an urgent task for medical research in China to explore new strategies and methods for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer.ObjectiveWith the help of bibliometric analysis technology,we explore the research trends and hotspots of data mining technology in today's TCM oncology.At the same time,data mining and network pharmacology technology analyze the chief physician Rongzhen's clinical treatment experience of liver cancer and the mechanism of drug treatment of liver cancer.The academic experience of Chief Physician Rongzhen in treating liver cancer is expounded,with a view to providing clinical reference for the treatment of liver cancer by traditional Chinese medicine.Method1 Taking the related literatures of data mining technology applied in traditional Chinese medicine oncology collected by China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Pubmed databases as research objects,bibliometrics technology is used to find out the research trends and hotspots in this field.2 Based on the retrospective study of medical record information,the data mining technology was used to statistically analyze the clinicalprescriptions of Chief Physician Rongzhen for treating patients with primary liver cancer.3 Data mining was used to analyze the core pharmacy derived from the clinical prescription data of Chief Physician Rongzhen for treating primary liver cancer,and the network pharmacology technology was used to analyze the mechanism of the core pharmacy for primary liver cancer.Result1 Through bibliometrics research on TCM oncology,it is found that the current data mining methods used in this field are mainly cluster analysis,association rules,factor analysis and frequency analysis methods.And summarize the medication rules,prescriptions,medication characteristics,academic ideas and clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine doctors in treating tumors.2 Data mining analysis: Chief physician Rongzhen treated 734 patients with primary liver cancer.The total database included 1274 prescriptions and283 Chinese medicines.The top ten most frequently used Chinese medicines are Poria cocos,Cotinus coggygria,Licorice,Radix Bupleuri,Atractylodes,Lysimachia christinae Hance,Turtle shell,Oldenlandia diffusa,Radix paeoniae alba and Radix Paeoniae Rubra.The core pharmacy with the highest support and confidence is Poria cocos ? Achyranthes bidentata ? Radix Bupleuri ? Radix paeoniae alba ? Atractylodes.The cluster analysis results in four clusters of effective drug combinations.Classified according to different treatment schemes:(1)Chinese medicine treatment prescriptions of309 pure Chinese medicines and 202 Chinese medicines;the top five flavors with the highest frequency of single medicines are Poria cocos,Codonopsis pilosula,Licorice,Cotinus coggygria,Oldenlandia diffusa,The core pharmacy with the highest support and confidence is Poria cocos ?Codonopsis pilosula ? Licorice;The cluster analysis results in four clusters of effective drug combinations.(2)542 prescriptions and 206 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were prescribed after intervention;the top five flavors with the highest frequency of single medicines are Poria cocos,tangerine peel,Cotinus coggygria,Coix Seed,and Codonopsis pilosula;The core pharmacy with the highest support and confidence is Atractylodes ?Poria cocos;The cluster analysis results in four clusters of effective drug combinations.(3)There are 275 prescriptions with 182 Chinese medicines after resection;the top five flavors with the highest frequency of single medicines are Radix Bupleuri,Licorice,Agastache rugosa,Epimedium,Cotinus coggygria;The core pharmacy with the highest support and confidence is Pinellia ternata ? Cotinus coggygria;The cluster analysis results in three clusters of effective drug combinations.(4)128 targeted Chinese medicine prescriptions with 191 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine;the top five flavors with the highest frequency of single medicines are Poria cocos,Licorice,Cassia twig,Atractylodes and Atractylodes lancea;The core pharmacy with the highest support and confidence is Radix paeoniae alba ? ginseng;The cluster analysis results in three clusters of effective drug combinations.Classification by different TCM syndrome types:(1)The syndrome of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency,there are 659 prescriptions and 205 Chinese herbs.(2)The syndrome of liver heat and blood stasis syndrome,there are 311 prescriptions and 96 Chinese herbs.(3)The syndrome of damp-Heat in Liver and Gallbladder,there are 203 prescriptions and 174 Chinese herbs.(4)The syndrome of liver-kidney yindeficiency patte,there are 181 prescriptions and 196 Chinese herbs.3 The core pharmacy with the highest support and confidence in the treatment of primary liver cancer is Poria cocos ? Achyranthes bidentata ?Radix Bupleuri ? Radix paeoniae alba ? Atractylodes,which is the research object and applies network pharmacology technology to obtain a total of core pharmacy.The core pharmacy contains 83 active chemical ingredients.It was found that there are 28 potential targets for the core pharmacy to act on liver cancer,and there are 22 pathways with significant(P <0.01).Conclusion1 Through bibliometrics research,it is found that the data mining technology is applied in the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine oncology,mainly using cluster analysis,association rules,factor analysis,frequency analysis and other methods.Experience has passed on the experience and ideas of traditional Chinese medicine in treating tumors.2 Through data mining,chief physician Rongzhen dialectical treatment of primary liver cancer focuses on the total pathogenesis of Yang deficiency with "cancer poison",the general treatment is to tonifying spleen and kidney,soothing liver-qi stagnation,clearing heat and promoting diuresis,Removing stasis and detoxification;And then according to the pathogenesis changes of liver cancer after different treatment regimens,the frequency of TCM,the mode of medication and the combination of core drugs used in syndrome differentiation have both similarities and differences.3 The analysis of chemical components,targets and pathways through network pharmacology,it was found that the core drug combination achieves the goal of treating liver cancer through regulation and oxidation,inflammation,angiogenesis,metabolism,proliferation and apoptosis.
