Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Patients In Immunetolerant Phase Patients With Baihua Xianglian Jiedu Granule

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Baihua Xianglian jiedu granule in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B patients in immunetolerant phase by observing the HBV DNA level,HBe Ag level,liver function(ALT、AST),liver hardness score(LSM)and symptom score.Methods: 92 patients with HBe Ag positive chronic HBV infection were selected from June 2018 to January 2019 in the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method.46 persons per group.the general condition,HBV DNA level,HBe Ag level,liver function(ALT、AST),liver hardness score(LSM)and symptom score were not statistically significant in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The patients in the treatment group were treated with Baihua Xianglian jiedu granule.The control group was treated with placebo,1 pack/times,2 times a day,48 weeks;The changes of HBV DNA level,HBe Ag level,liver function(ALT、AST),liver hardness score(LSM)and symptom score of the two groups were recorded.Result:(1)Compared with HBV DNA load,the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing HBV DNA load,Both groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)Comparison of HBe Ag levels: theability of the treatment group to reduce HBe Ag levels was better than that of the control group;Both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of liver function(ALT、AST): before and after treatment the two groups ALT、AST within normal range,(P>0.05);(4)Comparison of liver stiffness score(LSM): the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing LSM,Both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: the treatment group is superior to the control group in relieving symptoms,and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The safety analysis of the patients receiving treatment showed no obvious side effects.Conclusion: Baihua Xianglian jiedu granule can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,significantly reduce the HBV DNA load,HBe Ag level,liver hardness measurement value(LSM),improve the quality of life of patients,no obvious adverse drug reactions.
