The Effect Of The Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Prescription On The Drops Of HBsAg Of Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) Patients

ObjectiveTo explore the changes of the drops of HBsAg and HbeAg the percentage of CD4?T cells and CD8+T cells,the value of CD4+/CD8+after the treatment with Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Prescription combined Entecavir on CHB patients.Methods80 CHB patients who had been therapied by Entecavir f'or more than 48 weeks,and whose serum HBsAg(+)and HBsAg<31og IU/ml,whose serum HBV-DNA was lower than the detection limit(<20u/mL)were randomly divided into two groups equally.After finishing the enrollme-nt,the placebo group continued to take Entecavir,while the treatment group was given Entecavir combined with Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu recipe.The change of the changes of seruyn HBsAg and HBeAg levels,the percentage of CD4+ T cells and CD8+T cells in totall lymphocyte,the ratio of CD4+ to CD8+ T cells,safety index and adverse reactions in two groups were evaluated at 48 weeks.Results1.Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Jieclu Recipe on HBsAg Level in Chronic HBV PatientsAt baseline,there was not any sigrlificant difference significant difference in the level of HBsAg between the two groups(P=0.992>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.After 48 weeks,there was a significant difference in the level of HBsAg between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.013<0.05).There were significant differences in HBsAg levels before and after treatment in the control group(P=0.005<0.01),and in the experimental group(P=0.000<0.01).However,serum HBsAg negative was not found in 1 case.2.Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Recipe on HBeAg Level in Chronic HBV PatientsAt baseline,there was not any significant difference in HBeAg level between the two groups(P=0.415>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.After 48 weeks,there was a significant difference in HBeAg level between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.011<0.05).There was significant difference in HBeAg level before and after treatment in the control group(P=0.049<0.01);there was significant difference in HBsAg level before and after treatment in the experimental group(P=0.000<0.01),but no negative serum HBeAg was found in one subject.3.Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Recipe on Cellular Immune Function in Chronic HBV PatientsAt baseline,there was not any difference significantly in CD4+T lymphocyte expression between the two groups(P?0.584>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.After 48 weeks,there was a significant difference in CD4+ T lymphocyte expression between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.000<0.01).There was no significant difference in CD4+ T lymphocyte expression before and after treatment in the control group(P?0.400>0.05);there was significant difference in CD4+ T lymphocyte expression before and after treatment in the experimental group(P=0.000<0.01).At baseline,there was no significant difference in CD8+ T lymphocyte expression between the two groups(P?0.906>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.After 48 weeks,there was a significant difference in CD8+ T lymphocyte expression between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.023<0.05).There was no significant difference in CD8+ T lymphocyte expression before and after treatment in the control group(P-0.252>0.05);there was significant difference in CD8+ T lymphocyte expression be.fore and after treatment in the experimental group(P=0.000<0.01).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CD4+/CD8+ T between the two groups(P=0.308>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.After treatment,there was a significant difference in the CD4+/CD8+T ratio between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.000<0.01).There was no significant difference in the ratio of CD4+/CD8+T before and after treatment in the control group(P=0.07>0.05);there was significant difference in the ratio of CD4+/CD8+T before and after treatment in the experimental group(P=0.000<0.01).ConclusionsThe Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction combined with Entecavir Tablets can significantly reduce the levels of HBsAg and HBeAg onCHB Patients.At the same time,it was found that the Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction can significantly improve the deficiency of cellular immunity,and promote the recovery of cellular immune function by increasing the percentage of CD4 + T lymphocyte and decreasing the percentage of CD8 ? T lymphocyte.
