Objective:This research through the therapeutic communication system on the basis of health education on incipient targeted intervention in patients with new-onset type 2 diabetes,in order to make patients have more disease knowledge, reduce the level of uncertainty in illness, and improve the ability of self management behavior, improve incipient for clinical patients with type 2diabetes disease uncertainty provides an effective and feasible intervention plan. Methods:The inpatients who were diagnosed as type 2 diabetes for the first time in the department of endocrinology,Ruikang hospital affiliated to Guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2019 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects by the method of objective sampling. The control group received routine health education, and the intervention group received health education based on therapeutic communication. The two groups of patients were compared before and eight weeks after the intervention in terms of disease uncertainty score, diabetes knowledge score,self-management behavior score, fasting blood glucose value and blood glucose value 2 hours after the meal.Results:1.Baseline comparison: there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in general demographic data before intervention, scores and total scores of various dimensions of disease uncertainty, scores of diabetes knowledge, scores of various dimensions of self-management behavior of diabetes, fasting blood glucose value and blood glucose value at 2 hours after meal(P>0.05).2.Sense of disease uncertainty: the results of intra-group comparison showed that the scores and total scores of each dimension of sense of disease uncertainty in the two groups after intervention decreased compared with those before intervention, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The results of inter-group comparison showed that all dimensions and total scores of disease uncertainty in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Knowledge of diabetes: the results of intra-group comparison showed that the diabetes scores of the two groups were improved before and after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the knowledge score of diabetes in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Self-management behavior of diabetes: the results of intra-group comparison showed that the scores and total scores of each dimension of disease uncertainty in the two groups after intervention decreased compared with those before intervention, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The results of inter-group comparison showed that all dimensions and total scores of disease uncertainty in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Blood glucose control: the results of intra-group comparison showed that the fasting blood glucose and the blood glucose at 2 hours after meal in the two groups after intervention decreased compared with those before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results of the inter-group comparison showed that the fasting blood glucose and the blood glucose at 2 hours after meal in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.Health education based on the therapeutic communication system can reduce the level of disease uncertainty in patients with new-onset type 2 diabetes.2.Health education based on the therapeutic communication system is conducive to the control of blood glucose and the improvement of diabetes knowledge and self-management ability in patients with new-onset type 2diabetes.
