Objectives The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the coronary intervention in patients with families of the level of uncertainty in illness; The paper taking the disease nursing mode of therapeutic communication system to intervene the families ' illness uncertainty and to explore the application effects of therapeutic communication system on illness uncertainty of familie members with percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods Take the convenience sampling method, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria to select 60 cases of research object of family members with percutaneous coronary intervention from the Internal Medicine-Cardiovascular Department of three grade hospital in Wuhan.According to the time of admission, research objects were divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases of research object before admission as the experimental group, other 30 cases of research object after admission as control group. After determining the treatment of elective percutaneous coronary intervention,we will distribute the questionnaires about General information and illness uncertainty to assess the current the level of illness uncertainty of family members with coronary heart disease. The control group will carried out the routine health education, and then we need to assess illness uncertainty of family members with coronary heart disease. The experimental group carried out routine health education and therapeutic communication system,in accordance with the therapeutic communication of three subsystems to achieve assessment and intervention with illness uncertainty of family members, and to combine the illness uncertainty with theme of communication, finally,we need to reevaluate the illness uncertainty of family members with coronary heart disease after operation and before leave hospital.Results(1)Before intervention, results showed that there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),the uncertainty of illness and the dimensions of the two groups of family members were compared and the baseline was comparable; The investigation on the cases of 60 family members' illness uncertainty,we could see from the results, the average score of illness uncertainty of family members was 70.08±7.266,higher than the total score in the top 50%(62.5 points),indicate the presence of coronary intervention in the families of patients have higher illness uncertainty;the unpredictability of the dimensions of the item scores the highest(3.36±0.538),greater uncertainty in illness score(2.80±0.291);second were relatively high for uncertain dimensions(2.94±0.348),also higher than the total average(2.80±0.291);(2)After intervention individually, the results showed that the scores were lower than the control group and the statistical data of two groups have difference significantly(P<0.01)in illness uncertainty?dimension of ambiguity?dimension of lack clarity?dimension of lack information;Even if the scores in dimension of unpredictable were lower than the control group, the statistical data of two groups have no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)Before the research objects leave the hospital, the results showed that the scores were lower than the control group and the statistical data of two groups have difference significantly(P<0.01)in illness uncertainty?dimension of ambiguity?dimension of lack clarity and dimension of lack information, the two groups have difference(P<0.05)in dimension of unpredictable.Conclusion(1)The study shows that the family members with percutaneous coronary intervention have a high degree of uncertainty in illness.(2)Therapeutic communication system can effectively reduce the illness uncertainty of family members with coronary intervention treatment.
