Dialectical Correlation Analysis Of Internal Mirror Image And Tongue Image Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based On NBI Model

Object:Explore the characteristics and distribution rules of gastroscopy images and tongue images of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)based on chronic atrophic gastritis(C A G)under digestive endoscopy type N B I,and to study and analyze the dialectical correlation between NBI gastroscopy images and tongue imagesMethod:102 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis that met the inclusion criteria were selected.The general information,symptoms,syndrome differentiation and other related information of the patients were collected.The tongue image and NBI gastroscope image were observed and recorded in turn.The data were processed by statistical methods to analyze the distribution and correlation of tongue image and NBI gastroscope image.Result:A total of 102 cases were collected in this study,including 48 males and 54 females,with a male-to-female ratio of 1:0.89.The minimum age is 30 years old and the maximum is 77 years old.The distribution of syndromes is mostly spleen and stomach weakness,and the syndrome of stagnation of stomach collaterals is the least.The liver-stomach qi stagnation syndrome,liver-stomach stagnation-heat syndrome and spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome are mainly type ?.Type ? is the most common type of spleen-stomach weakness and stomach collateral stasis.The syndrome of stomach yin deficiency is mainly distributed in types IV and V1.Type ? NBI gastroscope features a light red tongue,fat or tooth-marked tongue with thin white and thick white coating.In type ?,the tongue color distribution is mainly light red tongue and light white tongue,and petechia and ecchymosis or purple tongue with a few samples are also mainly distributed in this type.Tongue shape distribution is mostly fat or tooth-marked tongue and normal tongue shape.Tongue coating is distributed in thin white coating,thin yellow coating and yellow greasy coating.In type IV tongue color distribution,the proportion of red or crimson tongue is obviously increased.In tongue shape distribution,normal tongue shape,fat or tooth-marked tongue are mostly found,and yellow greasy coating,white thick coating and thin yellow coating are found in tongue coating.The V1-type tongue is mostly red/crimson in color.The tongue-shaped distribution is dominated by cracked tongue and thin tongue.The tongue coating is mostly thin white coating and grayish black coating.Conclusion:1.The syndrome type of CAG is mainly spleen and stomach weakness,and the syndrome of stagnation of stomach collaterals is rare.2.Syndrome types are correlated with NBI gastroscopy.Type ? NBI gastroscopy mostly shows weakness of spleen and stomach.The syndrome of stomach yin deficiency is mainly distributed in types IV and V1.3.NBI gastroscopy is correlated with tongue.Type ? NBI gastroscopy is characterized by reddish fat tongue and thin white fur.Petechia,ecchymosis or purple tongue,thin yellow coating and yellow greasy coating are mainly distributed with type ?.In the distribution of type IV tongue image,the proportion of red or crimson tongue increased obviously,and the distribution trend of yellow greasy coating,white thick coating and thin yellow coating appeared in the tongue coating.The V1 tongue color is mostly red/crimson,and the tongue shape distribution is dominated by cracked tongue and thin tongue.
