Study On The Correlation Between Gastroscopy And Syndrome Characteristics Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective:Chronic atrophic gastritis is a type of chronic gastritis,which is a common clinical disea-se.Its clinical symptoms are lack of specificity and even "no disease can be identified",which causes clinical syndrome differentiation.This subject uses the theory of syndrome element to explore the distribution and characteristics of the population of chronic atrophic gastritis with different gastric mirrors,and to provide a new method and way for TCM syndrome different-iation of asymptomatic chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:From February 2017 to January 2018,120 cases of the second people's Hospital affiliat-ed to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine were diagnosed by electronic gastros-copy and pathological biopsy,which were diagnosed by chronic atrophic gastritis.4 groups were divided into 4 groups:white phase white phase(vascular group),white phase + vascular penetration(vascular group),white phase mucous granular hyperplasia or nodular(granule group),white phase + blood vessel penetration and granulosa hyperplasia or nodular(blood vessel + granule group).The syndrome element distribution of each group was calculated and analyzed by the software of syndrome element and statistical software.Point.Results:1.The distribution of chronic atrophic gastritis in different age stages was statistically d-ifferent(P<0.05).The white group,the blood vessel group and the granule group were most-ly middle aged(57.14%,54.84%and 80.95%respectively),and the blood vessel + granule gr-oup was mostly aged(57.69%).There was no significant difference in gender distribution bet-ween the four groups(P>0.05).2.The distribution characteristics of the four groups(the most common evidence):the disease position of the white phase group is in the spleen,the disease factor is Qi deficiency,the disease position of the blood vessel group is in the liver,the disease factor is blood stasis,the disease position of the granule group is in the spleen,the disease factor is Qi deficiency,the disease position of the blood vessel + granule group is in the stomach,the disease syndro-me is phlegm;through the analysis above The composition of the four groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The correlation analysis of the lesion of the stomach mirror and the syndrome factor:(1)the influence factors of the spleen as the vascular group(OR=0.047<1),the risk factors of the syndrome factor,blood stasis and yin deficiency(OR value is 3.847,3.385>1),and(2)the influence factors of the disease level syndrome kidney as the granula group(OR=0.300<1),the disease syndrome factor and blood stasis The risk factors of phlegm group(OR value were 4.584,1.051>1),and(3)the influence factors of the spleen as vascular + granule group(OR=0.342<1)and the risk factors of the disease syndrome phlegm in the blood vessel +granule group(OR=5.160>1).Conclusion:1.There is no difference in the distribution of chronic atrophic gastritis between the sexes.The distribution of gastroscopy varies with age and is mostly distributed in middle-aged and elderly people,suggesting that the incidence of chronic atrophic gastritis will increase with-age.2.The patients with chronic atrophic gastritis are mainly in the white phase.The disease position is mostly in the spleen,the disease is mostly Qi deficiency,the white phase + blood vessel is mainly seen,most of the disease is in the liver,the disease is mostly blood stasis,the white phase + mucous granular hyperplasia or nodular form is the main,the disease position is mostly in the spleen,the disease is most Qi deficiency,white phase + blood vessels see +mucous granular hyperplasia or knot.The disease is mostly in the stomach,and most of the disease is phlegm.3.The patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,which are mainly white phase + blood vessel penetration,should pay attention to invigorating spleen,activating blood and removing stasis and nourishing yin.People with white phase + mucous hyperplasia or nodular form should pay attention to tonifying kidney and activating blood and dissipating phlegm;with white phase + blood vessel penetrating or mucous membrane hyperplasia or nodules,we should pay attention to spleen strengthening and phlegm.
