Correlation Between Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis With Smashed Stomach Image And Tongue Image And Syndrome

Object: To explore the characteristics and distribution of gastroscope and tongue image and syndrome elements in patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG)with erosions,and to provide clinical ideas and methods for the clinical research and syndrome differentiation of the disease.Methods: According to the national consensus on chronic gastritis(2012.11 in Shanghai)the diagnostic criteria of endoscopic and pathologic study enrolled 240 cases,according to Professor Zhu Wenfeng editor of the "syndrome differentiation" to regulate the overall diagnostic information collection form and registration records of the research object,according to the syndrome integral threshold of CANG calculated with erosion syndrome elements,then factor analysis of syndrome factors review.All the data were analyzed by descriptive analysis,difference test statistical method of CANG with erosion in the stomach,tongue,mirror syndrome distribution by SPSS 22 statistical software package,and the relationship between different gastric mucosal manifestations,pathological types and syndromes.Results:(1)Chronic non-atrophic gastritis with erosion of the tongue distribution:Light red tongue(44.80%)>Dark red tongue(27.08%)>Pale white tongue(22.50%)> Purple tongue(5.56%)> Red tongue(1.85%);Chronic non-atrophic gastritis with erosion of the tongue distribution:Thin white fur(31.25%)>White thick moss(25.83%)>Yellow thick moss(25%)>Thin yellow moss(12.08%)>Less(no)moss(5.83%).(2)CNAG with flat erosion of the mirror performance:Gastric mucosa red and white>Gastric mucosal hyperemia > Gastric mucosal edema=Gastric mucosal bleeding;CNAG with the uplift of the erosion of the mirror performance:Gastric mucosa red and white > Gastric mucosal edema > Gastric mucosal hyperemia>Gastric mucosal bleeding.(3)The main symptoms of CANG with erosion are the stomach,liver and spleen;The main disease syndrome is stagnation and deficiency of Qi,heat,dampness,blood stasis,deficiency,indigestion,blood deficiency,phlegm,yin deficiency,cold.(4)Correlation of CANG with erosive,pathological type and syndrome: Flat erosion and Uplift erosion are closely contacted with the Spleen?wet syndrome(P<0.05);Mucosal blood is closely contacted with the Blood stasis syndrome(P <0.01);Moderate inflammation is closely contacted with the wet?heat?Yin deficiency syndrome(P<0.05);Severe inflammation is closely contacted with the Blood deficiency syndrome(P<0.01);Uplift erosion is closely contacted with the Yin deficiency syndrome(P < 0.05);The intestinal metaplasia is closely contacted with Phlegm syndrome(P<0.05);Infection of Helicobacter pylori is closely contacted with Blood deficiency(P<0.05).(5)According to the study on the distribution of erosion types of CANG associated with erosion,it can not be concluded that the distribution of erosion type has a significant influence on gender,age and tongue image.Conclusion:(1)CANG with the erosion of the tongue distribution in the first place is the red tongue,the second,three were dark red tongue,pale white tongue,and purple tongue,red tongue is relatively rare;The distribution of the main tongue is mainly white thin moss,white thick moss and yellow thick moss,and thin yellow moss,less(no)moss appeared less frequency,thick thickness is more common thick fur.(2)The main symptoms of CANG with erosion are the stomach,liver and spleen;The main disease syndrome is stagnation and deficiency of Qi,heat,dampness,blood stasis,deficiency,indigestion,blood deficiency,phlegm,yin deficiency,cold.(3)Correlation of CANG with erosive,pathological type and syndrome: Flat erosion and Uplift erosion are closely contacted with the Spleen?wet syndrome;Mucosal blood is closely contacted with the Blood stasis syndrome;Moderate inflammation is closely contacted with the wet?heat?Yin deficiency syndrome;Severe inflammation is closely contacted with the Blood deficiency syndrome;Uplift erosion is closely contacted with the Yin deficiency syndrome;The intestinal metaplasia is closely contacted with Phlegm syndrome;Infection of Helicobacter pylori is closely contacted with Blood deficiency.
