The Research On The Cases Of Professor Fu Weimin Treating Anxiety Depression Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective:Taking Professor Fu Weimin's medical case of anxiety and depression comorbidity as the research object,with data mining technology,in order to study Professor Fu Weimin's academic thought and clinical experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment of anxiety and depression comorbidity.Methods:Collecting medical cases of Professor Fu Weimin treating anxiety and depression in outpatient clinic from October 2017 to February 2019,the medical cases were established into database that met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The cleaned database was imported into Xminer Operation Tool V1.4 and SPSS26.0.Methods,including frequency analysis,association rules and clustering analysis,combined with Professor Fu Weimin's clinical treatment experience,were used to summarize the symptoms,tongue,pulse,pathogenesis and core prescriptions in medical cases.Results:201 medical cases were included in this study,85 for men,116 for women,and the most for 20-59 age group,accounting for 83.07%.The main symptoms were upset(68.66%),bad sleep(62.69%),dry mouth(54.23%),difficulty in falling asleep(44.28%),desire to drink(43.78%);the main pulse of tongue coating were light red tongue(92.54%),thin yellow fur(70.65%),blood stasis of sublingual collaterals(41.79%),and the pulse was stringed(99.00%)and slippery(86.07%).The high frequency of pathogenesis was phlegm heat disturbance(77.61%),heart and liver disorders(44.78%),restlessness(34.83%).There are 143 drugs involved in the medical cases,among which heat clearing drugs(19.47%),Qi regulating drugs(17.61%),phlegm resolving,cough relieving and asthma relieving drugs(10.43%);in terms of sexual taste,bitter(31.70%),sweet(28.76%),pungent(19.91%)and cold(41.86%),warm(26.65%)and flat(26.65%)have a high frequency of occurrence,the main meridians are heart(20.30%),spleen(16.02%),lung(14.79%),stomach(14.19%)),liver(11.05%).The core drugs were coptis,bamboo,mother of pearl,bitter orange,polygala,fumai,poria cocos and fushen.The frequencies were 83.58%,80.10%,72.64%,72.14%,67.66%,62.69%,59.20%and 59.20%,respectively.Eight core prescriptions were obtained by K-means cluster analysis.Conclusion:The comorbidity of anxiety and depression is mainly located in the heart,liver,and the brain has an important position,involving the spleen.The pathological nature is divided into deficiency and excess,more excess and less deficiency.The pathological factors are Qi,fire(heat),phlegm and blood stasis.The main pathogenesis was phlegm heat disturbance and heart liver disorder.The main basic syndromes of anxiety depression comorbidity are:phlegm heat disturbance;heart and liver fire;liver qi stagnation;Yin deficiency and fire;heart and spleen deficiency.In the treatment,we should pay attention to phlegm heat,and treat heart and liver at the same time.Also distinguishing the deficiency from the actual is important,and we should treat accurately.It is necessary wake up the brain and open the mind,and make good use of Angong Niuhuang Wan.Last,but not the least,every patient tries to enjoy every day and have a reasonable diet.
