BackgroundCoronary heart disease is the most common type of organ disease caused by atherosclerosis,is the most common disease of cardiovascular disease, and has a high morbidity and mortality.Coronary heart disease is caused by a variety of factors in different links, including controllable and uncontrollable risk factors. In recent years, some new risk factors have been recognized, such as serum lipoprotein(a),uric acid, and homocysteine. As a new risk factor for coronary heart disease, serum lipoprotein(a)are still controversial. This study analyzed the relationship between serum lipoprotein(a)and coronary heart disease among residents in northern Henan.ObjectiveThis study explored the relationship between serum lipoprotein(a)and coronary heart disease in residents of northern Henan,to clarify their correlation, and then provide reference value for clinical work.MethodsThe inpatients from January 1,2016 to June 30,2018 in Henan Engineering Research Center for Clinical Date and Biobank of Cardiovascular Disease were selected as the research subjects. The coronary angiography results were divided into the control group and the coronary heart disease group, and the risk factors of coronary heart disease were analyzed. The Gensini score method was used to divide the coronary angiography results into mild Group:Gensini:<20 points, moderate Group:Gensini: 20-40 points, severe Group: Gensini:>40 points.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to statistically describe and analyze the measurement data and count data, and Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of the degree of coronary heart disease and coronary artery disease.P <0.05 was statistically significant.Results1.The level of serum lipoprotein(a)in the coronary heart disease group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.001);2.Multivariate results showed that serum lipoprotein(a)was an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease(OR,2.087;95% CI 1.445-3.015;P<0.001),which had significant statistical significance;3.The level of serum lipoprotein(a)increased with the severity of coronary artery disease(P <0.001);4.Multivariate results showed that serum lipoprotein(a)was an independent risk factor for the degree of coronary artery disease(OR,1.874;95% CI 1.496-2.349;P<0.001),which was statistically significant;5.The area under the ROC curve of serum lipoprotein(a)for the diagnosis and prediction of coronary heart disease is 0.558.When it is 0.1175 g / L,the sensitivity is 61.6% and the specificity is 48.4%.ConclusionsThe serum lipoproteins(a)of residents in the north of Henan Province affect the severity of coronary artery disease, which is an independent risk factor of coronary heart disease.
