The development of medical and health care is related to the health of hundreds of millions of people,and it is a major livelihood issue.With the deepening of the reform in the field of medical and health care,the development of health care has made great progress,and the health level of residents has been greatly improved.The topic of life and health has become one of the topics most concerned by the Chinese people and the Chinese government.In the context of "healthy China",improve urban and rural medical services However,due to a series of differences between urban and rural residents brought by the dual structure of urban and rural areas,there are also large differences between urban and rural residents in the use of medical services.China Health and Nutrition Survey(CHNS)was used in this study,That is,the survey data of China's health and nutrition in 2015,to explore the influencing factors of medical service utilization of urban and rural residents,to introduce demographic background information,social and economic factors,medical security and health status,medical behavior,medical expenditure,medical institution selection into the empirical model,and then to further explore the factors affecting the medical behavior and medical expenditure of urban and rural residents Based on the differences and similarities,this paper puts forward policy suggestions on the factors that affect the utilization of medical services for urban and rural residents,in order to improve the utilization of medical services for urban and rural residents.It is found that the influencing factors of the medical service behavior of rural residents are:age,years of formal education:Primary School(basic group=illiterate),years of formal education:junior high school(basic group=illiterate),region:eastern region District(base group=western region),disease severity:General(base group=not serious),disease severity:quite serious(base group=not serious),prevention and health care services;the influencing factors of medical treatment behavior of urban residents after illness are:years of formal education:junior college or above(base group=illiterate),region:Eastern Region(base group=western region),disease Severity:General(base group=not serious),disease severity:quite serious(base group=not serious),prevention and health care services.The factors affecting the medical expenses of rural residents include:years of formal education,region,medical insurance co payment rate,chronic disease,disease severity;the factors affecting the medical expenses of urban residents include:region,medical insurance Insurance,medical insurance co payment rate,disease severity,smoking.Gender,years of formal education,marital status,family size,per capita annual income of the family,region,household registration type,basic medical insurance for urban employees,basic medical insurance for urban residents,new rural cooperative medical insurance,medical insurance co payment rate,chronic disease,disease severity,smoking to residents The choice of medical institutions has a significant impact.In view of the above conclusions,this paper believes that in order to increase the utilization rate of medical services of urban and rural residents and reduce the differences in the utilization of medical services between urban and rural areas,we should start from the following aspects:Improve the management system and compensation mechanism of chronic and major diseases,improve the multi-level medical security system,accelerate the health management of the elderly,improve the health education level of rural residents and the awareness of prevention and health care.
